    Riverbelle Casino

Just wanted to know if anyone has had any good experiences here (or share the bad ones if you have had one).

Keep getting emails/text msgs from them about their 100% deposit match offer but have never deposited there, and I find their playthrough amount quite high (x50 as I understand/remember it).

    So,experiences?

I play there a bit -they have top notch customer service, even the chat reps know what the heck they're doing which is refreshing! Bonus playthroughs are a little high and you can only take bonuses at one casino in the group, but they've got some interesting promos going on all the time - chance to win back your deposits for the month, a few exclusive tourneys etc. I like them a lot - there's only one issue and that's that they no longer flush withdrawals and there's a *24 pending period.

*Note - be advised that other players (they might weigh in here) have reported having a much longer pending period but in my case it's never been longer than 24 hours.

There is also their 10 day pending period. Got me with that one on my last withdrawal. A German player complained of this on the forum, and was told by CS that it was a new policy being rolled out to all players, and to not take it personally. It was then rolled out to me. My previous withdrawals had all been 24 hour pending and 72 hours at weekends, and out of the blue it was 10 days in pending. I checked Cashcheck, and it was definitely the case that it was pending, rather than there being a delay in processing or a need for documents. BelleRock is the flagship casino of the group, so the policy has probably become quite widespread.

As a fellow UK player, and it being your first deposit, you are sure to get hit with the 10 day pending, followed by a request for documents. You could keep the delay down by supplying documents in advance after making a withdrawal so that you get paid on day 11.

Things may well be different for VIP players.

Have played at Riverbelle for years, always been lucky there. I accept the slow withdrawals because of the good times I have had there You cannot withdraw any amount under $50. Having said that, I prefer it to 32red.

I dumped them (stopped promoting them on my sites) because of their "player unfriendly" terms.
Bonus x 50 is just stupid for an MG casino when the vast majority of other have x30 or less.
I didn't know about the 10-day cash-out problem - that makes them even worse than I thought!

    They are lying.

A German player first reported this on the forum, so as I was using my Lucky Nugget account, I decided a clandestine "mystery shop" was needed as the German player was told it was a policy change, not just something he was subjected to.

When I came to withdraw, I just left it, no prodding or complaining when it didn't come the following Monday as expected.

The confirmation email arrived, saying 24 hours and 72 at weekends. Monday came, Monday went, nothing. I checked the following Wednesday in Cashcheck, and sure enough the withdrawal still showed as "pending". According to the 10 day rule, it would stay that way till the following weekend. It did, and was processed to my Neteller on day 11. Cashcheck updated to show that it did indeed move from pending to "work in progress" after 10 days sat in pending.

In the thread started by the German player, Simmo checked with his contact, and was also told it was the same as usual, 24 hours and 72 hours at the weekend.

Following this and my experience, Simmo seems to have heard of more cases of a 10 day pending period. This is clearly something BelleRock are trying to hide from the Meister, as the site still says 24 hours to 72 at weekends, and misleadingly, their notes in the accredited section still make the same claim.

It appears this is a relatively new policy being rolled out to more and more players, so some were still experiencing the stated 24 hours, whilst others were getting the 10 days.

This is a back-end setting in the Microgaming software, so is no accident. Someone has gone into my account, and the German player's account, and reset it to 10 days pending.

This is a HUGE leap, and has to be an all time record breaking pending period for any non-rogue casino, let alone an accredited one. An increase from 24 hours to 48 at Jackpot Capital had players up in arms, so I am surprised this move by BelleRock has not resulted in even more outrage.

Maybe they are currently trying it on a few accounts to see how well it goes down among players, rather than making it a global change for all players. This if anything is even worse. I did not consent to take part in this trial, neither did the German player. Further, the German player and Simmo were told lies when they made enquiries about this change of policy.

The 50x WR is already well known. It used to be 30x like all the rest. BelleRock bonuses are not all that impressive either, mostly 25%, very occasionally 50%.

Both the earlier increase to 50x WR, and this later change to 10 day pending, are moves in the wrong direction. BelleRock also lost their dedicated player rep some time ago, and he was never replaced. We only have the affiliate rep who can forward player matters to the right people.

The exact roll out plan for this 10 day pending period is unknown, because BelleRock will not talk about it other than to inform affected players that it is a recent policy change. With this in mind, no player can know what they will get, 24 hours or 10 days. If it is based on country, then both German and UK players are going to be on 10 days.

You may well be VIP, or have a higher level in the loyalty scheme. It used to be published what each level got you, and the higher you were, the better the offers. This information is no longer present in the loyalty account in the casino, but may still be there.

If you are a VIP, the 10 day pending may not apply in any case.

Next time you cash out, see how long you have to sit in pending.

It would help if BelleRock would simply come clean and tell us what the criteria are, then we wouldn't have to assume the worst until proven otherwise.
