WTF is a "hit & run player"
It seems all they mean by this is "you are a responsible gambler" in that if you win a decent amount in a session, you do not keep pushing your luck until you lose it all back, but cash out.
I made many deposits, but few withdrawals. I didn't withdraw any "piddling amount", I played for a decent chunk or bust out trying. I did get ahead overall at one stage, but dropped negative after NOT cashing out after a near decent hit, and bust out trying to get it over the 1K, a target I had set myself. For this "abuse", I was put on 10 day pending the next time I withdrew.
This now PROVES they are lying about this. They DO have such a policy, but LIE every time they are asked about it, tailoring the lie to suit who is asking. For Simmo, it was deny that such a policy even existed. For you, they couldn't do this, but lied in saying it was "nothing personal", when it clearly WAS "very personal" because they had deemed you a "lower class" player.
They may have set you back to 24 hours because you made this public, and created a fuss. I bet OTHER players are not so lucky, and this clandestine policy continues to be rolled out on a selective basis.
Accredited casinos should NOT be running such clandestine policies as it is against the standards that all players must be treated fairly. Any such policy should be outlined in the terms and conditions so that players are aware that a variable pending period is being used. They should also reflect this in emails sent to players at the time of withdrawal, in mine they lied, saying it was 24 hour pending still. Deliberately lying to players to keep an unpopular policy secret is just not on. At best, it has them worrying that something VERY serious is going on. I thought that maybe they were struggling financially, and that they couldn't process my withdrawal as stated in the email because they didn't have the liquidity, and had to move money from elsewhere with the inevitable delays in the banking system. As other players had also told similar stories, it looked like a spreading problem, not too different to the notorious Rushmore group's persistent inabilty to pay even non-US players in the declared timeframe. MGS casinos HAVE gone bust since UIGEA, and Casino Rewards have swallowed several groups, and I fully expected BelleRock to be their next snack.
