I don't play the classic slots. Could it be that you can't play one coin?
I can play one coin when my balance is above $0.01. That is, if I have $0.37 and want to play 1 cent, it works fine. It's only when I have a balance of $0.01 that I get an error message.

Okay, so I went to Beauty Salon, the newest slot, selected 1 line at 1 cent. Reels start spinning and then I get this:

"TO PLACE THIS BET, YOU WILL NEED TO VISIT THE CASHIER AND ADD FUNDS TO YOUR ACCOUNT"

I'm probably doing something so obviously wrong, but what? I enjoy their games, but this bothers me.
Want some rye? Course you do.

I have no idea why it won't work for you. Just worked for me.

I just had a small balance, got to ONE penny and on Crazy Jungle was able to bet one line for one penny.

I've never been able to zero out my balance. I didn't think they allowed it. To make sure my deposit isn't attached to a bonus I request they remove any bonuses left on the account.

    hmmm........

I zero it out every time I play. Do it here and every other place I play.

But as you said, CS can also zero it out for you upon request.

I can't zero out either. I try to have a zero balance so as not to get screwed by some bullshit playthrough, but I always have to leave at least a penny.

Exactly. And see, that just doesn't make any sense to me. I can't see how that can just be an 'accident' or that oft-blamed cliched "glitch".

    1) You shouldn't HAVE to go to CS to cancel out any remaining BONUS once you are down to 1 cent.
    2) If the CS are zereoing out your account for you just so you aren't tied to a bonus the next time you deposit, do you know how much money they are making in a year?
    3) This is roguish behavior on behalf of the casino, how many players are unaware, leave that penny in their accounts ON a bonus (thinking it doesn't matter) make a new deposit, only to find out they are now bound to extreme playthrough (not all players are aware of CM)?
    4) How many of you are VIPs and are getting the red carpet treatment?
    5) After all that has gone down why are there people still playing TG? (It's almost like asking why people still play at the likes of Virtual...) What about all these newbies who join each day and will read this thread thinking great, I'll just go to these members when I have a problem! Well, these members aren't reps for TG. And when these members can't help the newbies, what happens then?

I understand it's your own choice, your money, yadda, yadda, yadda. In this thread already there are three members who are experiencing the same issue. How many others are having this problem? I'm sure there are lots more. Maybe, the "spokesperson"/member for this casino needs to get in contact with a tech person and have them fix this glitch, since the active reps were banned from here...

*on a side note...no malice intended. Just if you intend to play here you need be aware there is NO ONE to help when a major problem arises*

If you mean "me" ---- I am NOT a spokesperson FOR them. That implies a relationship that doesn't exist. I am not an affiliate, I don't run a web-site, I don't get a kickback, I get nothing but grief.

I share what I know, that appears to be relevant and of informational value to members. And you know what? I am done with even that. Tired of the backlash B/S, malice or not - it comes off as a snide comment and not appreciated.

My intentions have always been to help, but to heck with it. I officially give up. Call it my 2012 resolution or whatever.

Do you really think my "VIP" status means that they have me with a special set up so that my downloaded version of the site allows me to play out a one penny balance? Come on!

DO NOT PLAY AT DIAMOND VIP - I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO LIKES IT AND IT IS A MISERABLE/ROTTEN SITE FOR EVERYONE ELSE THAT ISN'T "DIANE".

    Ok..................satisfied?

It wasn't meant as snide, rude or whatever. Report me, ignore me, whatever.

    Apologies to Diane...

On second thought, I'll save you the trouble. I've reported myself. Happy New Year!

They are about the get on my last nerve with the tournament promos I have been receiving.

Got one from Rome Casino with a 250 tournament freebie offer and now one from Diamond VIP for a 500 tournament freebie offer. What they don't tell you is that you have to deposit at least $25 to get these offers. Nowhere on the email does it say deposit required.

I am assuming it is the same 250K tournament run over all TG casinos.
