Anyway it has a random feature. nearly 1200 spins and 1 deposit later not a sign of it triggering so I asked support how often it triggered on average.

Assuming you mean Immortal Romance, in my limited experience, it hits when it hits. I've had sessions of hundreds of spins without triggering it, and I've had sessions where it hit frequently, so it's really impossible to say how often it hits.
I've had hits that are way way better than anything I've ever seen on Thunderstruck II, and I've had the feature paying 0 a number of times. On average it has been better to me, than the TS II WildStorm tho, I'd say. That one has never given me anything worth mentioning.

I was playing at River Belle a few days ago and it was dead, then I got the feature (didn't pay much) and then a minute or so later I got the feature again (paid better) so I stayed and ended up with 5 features within about 15 minutes. I love this new game. Its much higher variance than TS2.

On a bad day it can quickly destroy a big bankroll. But when its in the groove it can pay huge.

I often get the random feature, once twice in a row. The wilds fall much more often than in TS2. I've had 3 wild reels activated about 7 times now. Best was full 9 and 10 with 3 wilds. Ive also had 3 wilds with no win. After 50000+ spins on TS2 I never saw 3 wild reels during the random feature.

Firstly I would emphasize that there is significant changes in payouts regarding Wild Desire and Wild Storm, checkout the screenshot section, I have yet to see a Wild Storm hit there and there has been a 19 months since release advantage for TSII to provide us with one, going back to the screenshots there is a 4 reel beauty on maximum bet there in excess of $18000, so imho MGS has it right this time.

It has been my observance when playing that many of the high paying characters also come with a wild within the other 2 reel slot places for good combo hits, Sarah the top paying of these has a wild also covering all 5 reels = a x32 hit of which all but one combo will be a x2 return = £315 per .30 staked plus ofc x5 wilds and numerous other wins, imho also due to the reel layouts on IR the variance is a lot lower than TSII and ofc the increased chance of hitting big on the Wild Desire feature.

Now a question, I have noticed that during Wild Desire the wilds are still showing if this is not a glitch then the chances of hitting big are once again multiplied unlike TSII, is this a gfx glitch/error?.

I have been playing TSII ardently since release and only need two achievements in no less than 7 casinos GoWild being the best I need 4 wilds and 5 scatters there, in this time the best Wild Storms I have hit are no more than 3 reels twice, I have been playing IR for a few hours and have already equalled this and unlike one from my TSII hits which was barren, both have yielded a nice return.

Overall my perception of IR is that they have ironed out the mistakes that TSII brought and made this a very exciting slot to play .

You definitely had a tough run, and your personal RTP for that game in that casino may well be 65% over a very small sample size of 1700 spins, but it is absolutely no indication of the overall RTP of the game.

Advertised RTP doesn't mean every player will experience that return in every game in every session. In fact, some players will experience much better returns at times.

There are some good articles in these forums regarding RTP and how it all works if you would like some further information. It's well worth the time.

Interesting, but I am reading that as this.. it is not wild during that particular feature but can still be a payout combo. It will not substitute for other symbols but, will still payout if you line up 3 - 5 etc make sense?

I have had a few 1,000 spins on this slot and I am still yet to hit the Wild Desire feature , but it has given me some ok wins to keep the bank roll going without it. I am guessing because it seems to have a tendency to pay out a lot better than TSII, that it will be a bit harder to activate.

I think the slot has went "off the boil" this past week*for me anyway*. I have no real evidence to back it up just a feeling I have, having played it at 3 different casinos for thousands of spins ive found bonuses drop in less often. The wild desire feature seems to be giving one reel wild every time. Last week I was getting a bonuses within 100 spins of each other.Maybe its just my luck that has changed.

So this time I went over a thousand spins without hitting 3 scatters, thanks MG. When I finally hit it I took free spins and hit x5 bet.
Hit the random after about another 600 spins and it paid zero but then got it again and it paid $11 then went over another thousand spins without seeing it again.

This slot definitely has set spells where it will give you absolutely nothing 100 spins or so at a time and I'm struggling to see where the payoff is just as with TS2. You can get runs going where you gather up $50 or so (playing 30c) but they are few and far between and the lack of features as well as the long droughts soon eat it away again.
I have no idea why I like this slot to be honest but I keep playing it.

I'm at the end of my tether with this game now though, really terrible payout.
I reckon the random feature probably triggers 1/1000 spins on average (my average is quite a bit worse) and pays x30 bet if you are very lucky while the bonus rounds are just as bad often paying x5 bet or x20 if you are lucky - I have had 100-200x bet but pretty rare.
I have played the slot extensively at 3 different casinos with around 60% 75% and 85% returns so not good though I dare say someone will post a wonder hit proving the slot is actually dynamite.

My Experience with Immortal Romance

Well, I finally got around to playing this game last night. What a rollercoaster ride at 32Red yesterday, lol. I started with $11....ALL my deposits range from $10 to $20, never more. So I started on BDBA on flash, twice I was down to a buck and would hit a little win to bring me back. Finally got a great bonus round and was up to $48. Went to Lucky Witch, betting 15 cents a spin and hit a $40 payout, up over $90 at that point. Then I went to one of my favs, Dragon's Loot......where I proceeded to lose almost the whole thing on 25 cent bets in record time, lol. When I had $2 left, I finally hit the feature (about 700 spins later) and got back up to a whopping $17, lol.

At this point, I was peed off.....and thought what the hell....50 spins at 30 cents on the new game. I had so many features, I lost count. Never went over 30 cents a spin...had many fs rounds (the 10 X 5 feature - Amber) that paid $50 to $60. Then I hit the first beauty below. Close to 800X my bet. I withdrew $200 and kept playing and was almost ready to call it a night when I hit the Wild Desire feature (which is the point of this post, and thread, lol). I watched the first three wilds fall and was very happy....then watched the last reel turn, and then two picture symbols fall on the fourth reel. I knew it would be good, but I had no idea. So withdrew $1100....$11 into $1100. My best gaming session probably all year. I have always had some luck this time of year and was starting to lose hope that it would happen. Anyway, sort of glad it came after Christmas, as I probably would have blown most of it on my daughter. She was here last night too, and I do see a shopping venture in our future next week when the money hits my CC, lol.

Extremely happy....and it does prove that you don't need huge deposits to win a decent amount. I am one of those that believes if I'm meant to win, I'll win just as well with $10 as I would with $100 deposit or more.

More on track of the thread....I think I did around 3000 spins total on this slot, and only got the Wild Desire feature a total of three times...the other two paying very little.

Also, I did unlock all of the features, and I gotta say the "Amber" feature with 5X multiplier is by far my fav. Didn't care for any of the others, although that could be cause I won next to nothing on any of them. I do love the graphics, but I am also realistic and don't expect I will ever see another session quite like this one on this game again. But I will try it again at some point.

Also, the front few reels turn wild will pay much better.
