    Angry Jackpot factory =(

I have played with the jackpot factory since 2007. It used to be very professional, friendly and generous.
What has happened? Is there new management? Not happy.
Rude and condescending, VIP what a joke.
    Make promises not fulfilled.
    Very disapointing =(

Sort of like adding the Rep Friendly to your post title when it isn't?

If you have a particular problem with Jackpot Factory, go to the top of the page to I-Gaming Reps, click that, then scroll down till you see Jackpot Factory. Click their name. Somewhere on that page you will see Contact ... make sure you PM (Private Message) rather than post a public comment, as the rep will be notified when they receive a PM. And then, be patient. It's the weekend.

The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

At the very least you should have elaborated on what made you so unhappy and in what way they were rude?

Agree with chu - you can't just post that you're unhappy with something and not go into details :P

What happened that made you so unhappy with them?

Well now this is confusing? One tells me not to post at all... and the other two say I should disclose everything?
    Best I say nothing

If it is something you need resolved through the PAB service, then don't post at all. However, if you just want to "bitch and moan" generally about a decline in standards, it is best to give more details so that a meaningful discussion can take place. "I am unhappy" doesn't help much, as often it is a matter of personal opinion. Many players are unhappy simply because they have had bad luck at one casino, but are "happy" with another just because they have had their good luck with them.

@JenMark: it's pretty much like the others have said. If you want to make a formal complaint of this then check out the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ and proceed. In that case posting more is not advisable, at least until your PAB is done (usually takes a few weeks to get it done, but it varies widely).

If on the other hand you'd rather take your chances here on the forums then you should back up your post with some details so the other readers know what you're on about.

Leaving it as it is is ... weird. "I'm unhappy but I'll say nothing". Um, then why bother posting at all? Why not just tell your dog and leave it at that? Not trying to be harsh just don't get what you're driving at.

Let us know which way you want to go with this. Either way the "Rep Friendly" thing seems out of place here so I'm going to pull it. If you really want it here and actually have something you want to discuss with the rep then we can talk about putting it back.

The ball is in your court.
