    casinorule seem a bit arbitrary

    My transaction from a casino got confiscated due to following rule, also my account have been suspended from bonuses and promotions with referall to same rule. The thing i did was that i was playing from my work, as do almost all of my colleges. However their accounts have not been suspended from promotions as they all have been playing freespins. The customer service said that all accounts from this specific IP shal be suspended but no. So am I just bitter or is it arbitrary and just on account that i made a withdrawal of €400?

    As you are aware of, this is a typical clause in any casino nowadays. And it is a very clear clause in their T&C.

    Any player who wants to play from their work computer, at school etc should ask their casino for permission first (the same as if you should share a computer with your wife at home etc).

    I can understand that this clause may seem a bit harsh, but I see it as quite necessary. And as I said, it is quite clear when reading their T&C.

    And you, as a customer service representative should absolutely know about this

    Well

    You are correct, and its extreamly funny that i didnt know about this rule. I asked my casinomanager about it and even he had to doublecheck that we have it. And im not arguing the rule per se. But the fact that its only my account that have been affected by it.

    @dizzysnok You of all people should have been clued up on this one. Have you ever told someone their account was being closed because of shared IPs? C'mon. Take it in stride and move on.

    Was that directed to me Casinomeister? If so, no i havent actualy in the two years ive been working in the industry. Not for casinoplayers to be specific, poker yes, casino no actually.

    Anyway, as I said, its not the rule that i argue, just the enforcement of it and how its handeled.

    It does not say that they will close all accounts.

    It says: " Betsafe.com reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found."

    They reserves the right

    So your colleagues will probably be dealt with when the time is right

    The CSA said explicicitly that about the IP. Most likley they will get shut down if they attempt to withdraw if they win. Its a bit irritating anyway, and it feels like they are targeting me specificly. Well well if my POB dont help ill call their casino manager.

    I don't get it. You were playing along side a bunch of other folk. You knowingly broke their terms, yet you want me and/or Max to spend a couple of hours putting emails together and trying to get to the bottom of this?
