    Atlantis Gold Casino?

    What group are these guys part of?

    I made a small deposit yesterday, and then after playing it up a bit my account was locked for review.
    They said I had to send in documents etc in order to play! So I did this, and now they say 48 hours.
    I have never had a casino do this after I make a deposit.

    Any one have any experience with this casino? I thought they were related to Treasure mile since the same platfom, but that group never did anything like this .

    Update. they said the system locked it because I have a PO box. The first time they told me because it needed to be verified. That is Nuts! I have no mail delivery where I live so I have a po box. I have never had a problem anywhere else I have played. So I explain my situation, and they can not let me talk to an accounts person, so I keep getting generic emails. Lesson learned. Dont try strange new places.

    So if they keep this locked, do I have to report to credit card to get my money back ? I am not just gonna give them my money.

    Do you have the same PO Box on your ID? If your ID isn't good enough and they decide to close your account, they should refund your deposit.

    Yep Id has my po box. I even sent them a bank statement with my po box. LIke I said , never had this problem in all the years I have played online.

    I guess just wait and see what they say - if you've used the same address at TM (and this casino is related) it should be ok. I'm not familiar with the casino, it wouldn't be a Grand Prive would it?

    I recieved an email freebie from them...and then they felt the need to call me and repeat the offer which I had already used. I do think they are Grand Prive, they are the only ones I have seen using that particular software. Hope it sorts out for you.

    I got spammed by this casino the other day. Never heard of them

    Until that. I looked around on their website and it just didn't look right. Absolutely no information about who they really are or where they are from. No Dispute resolution or "regulatory authority" mentioned.

    I blocked them as junk mail and now it appears this was the right thing to do. Good luck with getting your money back.

    I even sent more info with my address. But NOTHING. They never contact me as promised. I was told today, now Friday. This is nuts. When this is done, I am not playing there again. This is not even for a cash out. God forbid I needed to get that done. Sucks I had that deposit up to. What a waste. Stupid on their part, as I have been a player for 12 years and play very few places and play frequent.
