This REALLY needs to be sorted out. Lucky Club is NOT part of JC, but was sold by JC to a new owner, however this new owner has contracted JC to run support, marketing, and payments. Thus, you status at JC should have NO bearing on your status at the new Lucky Club, as this will be up to the new owners.
This kind of thing only makes this whole affair look "shady", and JC should start acting like they do NOT own Lucky Club in their dealings with players.
Since this is new software with new owners, there should be no "baggage" carried over by players, and if they are given a personal code, it should work without quibble.
It may have worked in this case, but ONLY because the request went through the rep, whereas CS should have got it right in the first place, and honoured the code. Better still, it should have worked within the software, which seems to have been launched whilst still "riddled with bugs".
