    So I got it wrong and they did honour the free chip although I believe you could have made it clearer in your post. Actually, I cant find anything wrong with them excluding you from bonuses as this is a business decision and they are free to do that. Of course it would be nice to know the reason for the exclusion but if they wont let you know its still ok imo.

    they have honored after i post
    because i didnt know that lucky club was part of jackpot capital, the live chat tell me "you can get any bonuses" after that i search here and it was a thread about this casino
    and i made a post of my new experience

    the jackpot capital rep saw the post and sent me a personal message sayig

    "sorry by the mistake of the live chat, i have manually redeemed the coupon for you"

    This REALLY needs to be sorted out. Lucky Club is NOT part of JC, but was sold by JC to a new owner, however this new owner has contracted JC to run support, marketing, and payments. Thus, you status at JC should have NO bearing on your status at the new Lucky Club, as this will be up to the new owners.

    This kind of thing only makes this whole affair look "shady", and JC should start acting like they do NOT own Lucky Club in their dealings with players.

    Since this is new software with new owners, there should be no "baggage" carried over by players, and if they are given a personal code, it should work without quibble.

    It may have worked in this case, but ONLY because the request went through the rep, whereas CS should have got it right in the first place, and honoured the code. Better still, it should have worked within the software, which seems to have been launched whilst still "riddled with bugs".

    Not sure if this baptism by fire is still going. Had to search to find it. But I received a check payout from lucky club this week that bounced when I deposited into my bank.

    Received the check very quickly but a bounced check is always alarming...

    Just a quick update. Yasmeen contacted me pretty early after I posted on the board yesterday. She said she would contact the processor and get me an answer by today. This morning I received an email that another check had been sent out. Thanks Yasmeen for the quick correction.

    Glad to hear they jumped on it promptly. Was there a fee/penalty from your bank as a result of the bounced check?

    I was searching for Lucky Club and found this thread where they were under Jackpot Capital, and just read that they were then sold? Are they still accredited? So many changes, in so short a time . Can't seem to keep up. They have a bunch of new games that Buzzluck does not have, I noticed today, and wonder if they are still "good to go"?
