I kicked 32 Red into touch about two years ago, because I was getting a fairer deal with Riverbelle. which was give and take. Last night I went back to 32Red and played the slots again. Lost all my money in no time. Played again this morning on one game and it took all my money with no trigger. They may be the best support, but I want a run for my money. 32Red will not get a Xmas card from me again this year, and would like to submit this piece as a vote oif no confidence in 32 Red. If losers and winners had equal voting rights it would be a tie for all casinos because no casino has a monopoly over losers. 32 RED is best for customer service and if you do win fairly they pay you. Simple as that.If you feel you arent getting a fair deal ask Microgaming. Where luck is the deciding factor it is not quite right to denounce a casino for your poor run. Wow, if a land-based casino won your money I shudder to think what you might do to it. Yes, we are funny people but we dont really vote for the best casino. As the others have said it has nothing to do with who the operator of the casino is it is based on luck all Microgaming operators have the same slots with the same RTP. Other operators however do not have the same integrity towards its players as 32Red does, you keep a customer happy and they will keep coming back.

BTW I'am not saying only 32Red are great in this regard it is just what the topic is about, there is plenty of MG operators who are great...

32Red must have something right - this morning they posted record half-yearly results that included a 13 percent increase in players.

I've had bad runs at 32 red, maybe 15-20 deposits between 20 and 200 without a win over 200. No play time money gone in 20 min or so.
BUT
I also ran good a few times and they never, NOT ONCE gave any trouble about my withdrawals.
I deposited 200 this week won 2000, withdrawn 1800, the money was on my ewallet account next day. I did it again the next day, I won even more and the same result my money in my account in less than 24hs. I will do it for the third time today (I'll post the winning screenshots later).
I don't know if they are the best. But they are solid, and they pay you when you win, good promotions to their loyal customers even if you are lucky like I've been.
I tried others and I still have not found a better casino than 32red.
