[QUOTE=Jasminebed;442407]The casino was not going to share with Snoddy his "18 other accounts". Because those kind of fraudsters are out there, and they want to learn where they got caught.

But I trust Maxd, and so do casinos. Some of the flags often target relatively innocent players. I really don't know how my ISP provider assigns addresses.

While the casino might not share that info with the OP, I'm sure they shared it with Maxd.

Of course, perhaps that $2300 dollar win was less than the total of his deposits minus withdrawal, and the alternative was to refund all his deposits for accepting his bets after accepting his as a player and taking his bets, after him owning up to one mistake, and perhaps due diligence they might have looked further long before this.

Snoddy has never named the casino involved, so I don't think it's a matter of strong arming them into it.

All that said Snoddy, are you still a welcome player at this casino?[/QUOTE

    Good morning.
Yes, I played there last evening. No wins this time however. My other accounts, amongst the group are also good to go.

I,m done with this thread now, lets call it a day. I think I have clearly stated all the facts, issues, concerns and also the outcome.
    Time to move on.
    Again, sincere thanks everyone.

Maybe send a PM to Max and ask him to mark this 'resolved.'

NO PAB was necessary. Max was not involved. I communicated with management directly and as i have already stated, it was handled very professionally. And as i have already stated I would do things differently next time.
    I have learned from this.
    ok , really thats it.
    Cheers

    seeriously people!!!

    ok, lets get this clear

--- HE DEPOSITS --- and WITHDRAWLS --- he sent his documents and they are VERIFIED

the casinos are so happy to recieve the deposits... isnt that the idea here, the house always wins!!! my husband has been telling me that for years. reading post like these proves the fact.

why come here to post a complaint or get a opinion if everyone screams guilt... good grief people. I would feel the same way this guy is feeling, if I was in his situation. as i read further most of the comments are nonsense, oh and I stopped reading at page 3.

snoddy thanks for the updates all the best

Sounds like you stopped reading at post #3

The op admitted he had done the wrong thing in the past, so this was NOT just a simple case as you portray.

If the casino wanted to rip him off, they would have refused to reconsider the case at all.

Your comments show that you do not have a grasp of the amount of fraud that goes on with online casinos, and that most complainants who come here ARE guilty and that is why they are treated with suspicion if things don't "sound right".

The issue has been resolved, and the casino concerned does not deserve to be further insulted.

Oh and calling other member's posts "nonsense" isn't a good way to start your involvement at CM.

Do Bryan or Max actually keep stats on complaints? I think it would be very interesting to read actual statistics of all the different assorted complaints that accumulated here since the PAB began and the rulings or outcomes along with the members screen names.

I'm going to guess that either Bryans hard drive isn't large enough to keep these stats, or maybe it would be a better idea not to post them. I do know we could read about the amount of money they actually were able to recover for players, but that's about it.

I think Bryan had stated a while ago something about this, when they changed it so PABs were listed under the user names. I could be wrong though, my memory isn't what it used to be.
