    Can't even get in with the 4 new passwords they gave me to try to log in
    So...not sure what is going on with this change. Seems it wouldn't be that difficult, but what do I know!

    I got an e-mail today from Box24 with my "new" password in it - don't like that doesn't feel very "secure" to me.....

    Did anyone else get this?

    I got my new password today too and i was also thinking just how secure it did NOT seem
    I mean, to have your nickname AND your password all on the same email just seems stinky to me as it's all ready for the taking for someone to exploit.

    Exactly! Any chance they had of me giving them a crack has gone as don't trust that at all.......

    Hi All

    With regards to the email sent to our members, there is no financial information stored in our system so by sending
    the Nickname and Password in the same email it does not put you at risk.

    Also you can request a new password before you login to the casino which will be sent to the email address registered on file.

    The security risk would be the same if 2 emails were sent to your account, once containing nickname and the other containing password
    if your email account was hacked they would easily be able to locate this information.

    Email didn't bother me because I was going to change the password after login But....... the password I was sent doesn't work.

    Can't login to any in this group

    I was notified by Box 24 first and downloaded the new software and used the new pw they sent me to login, it worked for about a week and then I continually get "login failed". Spartans and Diamond have not allowed me to login at all and if I request password reset they tell me they are sending me an email with new pw but I have yet to receive any of those emails. It appears too fishy and risky at this point and the headache is not worth any more effort so I deleted all 3 casinos and sent emails to close my accounts immediately. The emails bounced back to me... Go figure...

    I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and download the new casinos last week and went to log in with the new password they gave me and sure enough it wouldn't work.

    I triple checked the info I was putting in so now I think I just will leave it at that.

    I couldn't be bothered jumping through hoops just to be able to log in and by what others are saying, it's hard to get help...so what if I had a bigger problem... No thanks, not worth the headache.
