Winward is terrible!!

    i did receive a $900 payout from them.. but upon depositing another 100 bucks and building that up to $1100 and meeting all playing and security requirements they will not send a payout.. ive tried for 6 months now!! nothing but BS excuses and delays.. if anyone knows how i can get them to send i will SPLIT the $1100 with you if they actually send a dang check!

    Only 6 months. It took me a YEAR for $25, and they had ALREADY paid me $1000.

    Seems the initial readiness to pay an early winner is their lure to make you think they are safe. Once they think you are not going to lose it all back quickly, they start the fun & games to claw back what little they can.

    This was BEFORE they became TopGame, so the situation is probably even WORSE now.

    If they are intent to give you the "talk to the hand" treatment, you may need to CUT IT OFF to make them listen;)

    This might mean finding a less direct route, one that bypasses the block placed by front line CS, and attack it relentlessly until you wear them down. This tactic of unrelenting persistence has even been known to get money out of a VIRTUAL group casino. It took one of our members three YEARS to prise a $6K RJ out of Palace of Chance, but eventually they conceded, and paid up. This was because other CM members "persisted" too, and the topic just would not go away.

    These seems to be a recent surge in Winward complaints, so maybe this is a more widespread issue of non-payment, delays, excuses, etc..
