Cherry Red/ Rushmore - is any one getting paid?

i read most resent posts here that they were OK now so decided to give them a go

First they refused to send money to moneybookers and asked for banking info to send a wire.
Then on may 30 they sent me an email that everything is good and my w/d approved and will take up to 10 days to hit my bank.

And then today "I am sorry to notify you but I have just been updated that your withdrawal that was approved on May 30Th has been delayed. The delays we have been having in the past have now been effecting the withdrawals at this time. I do assure you that you will receive your winnings as all our players have and will. As soon as your withdrawal has been reprocessed I will let you know so you will know when to expect your funds. Thank you"

So is anyone else getting paid? Or it its me? I am aware about some processing issues with US players but does it affect the rest of the world now? And if so why CWC, JC and inet are able to pay??
    Who took my money ??

I cashed out to Neteller 1.5 weeks ago and got paid in less than 48 hours.
    No problems at all.

Sorry to hear this, I hope you get your money soon!

So, they refuse to use Moneybookers, which should NOT be a problem, but insist on bank wire, which they KNOW has been at the root of many of their payment issues in the past.

Looks like a stall tactic. They could not have claimed there were "issues" sending your payment to Moneybookers, because this is easily checked, but is much harder to check when it comes to bank wires, so buys them time.

If they now have a problem with the wire, surely they can simply switch to using Moneybookers as originally requested, unless they don't have the money for this switch yet, and need to stall in the hope it arrives.

They were already floored by the past problems, but then QT went down, so one has to wonder how hard this hit them. This WOULD hit non-US players if QT took most of their money with it, and given that the US is one of it's main markets, they must have had a significant amount of their money tied up in it. They can't put it into their Moneybookers merchant account if QT has it, and they would not only have lost payouts to US players, but would not have received many of the recent deposits from them either.

They have a policy that withdrawals must be paid according to the deposit used to generate the winnings I.e. if you have deposited by moneybookers for your last 50 deposits, but decided to use a credit card for your latest one, then they insist on sending a bankwire notwithstanding that you usually use moneybookers.

I've never understood it myself. It just doesn't make sense.

yes i did use MB but a while ago, and they used to pay via MB even if i dep with CC before. The last dep was EntroPay visa though.

They never mentioned anything regarding Visa deposits, they just said "you can deposit with moneybookers but you can't withdraw with them." - I have a chat transcript.
I emailed again today asking about MB but they did not reply.

You can DEPOSIT via moneybookers but you can't WITHDRAW via moneybookers.

That's the most stupid thing I've ever heard.

I won there a 4 digits amount on May 18th.
Docs were approved 6 days later.

Actually I am still waiting my money, and I am still waiting whatever answer to my several mails. Nothing, just Silence.

Furthermore I was asking them to send me via mail the screenshot of my win to be posted here in CM (good adv for them, right ?). Opened two "tickets" about it.

    Nothing.

    So far.

    I am quite disappointed.

This is OK provided they can actually PAY that way, but when they lose the ability to pay a player back to their "policy" method, they should look for alternatives, and NOT make the player wait for an indefinite period.

It seems this policy is getting used as a stalling tactic, as they are taking it to extreme lengths beyond what is necessary in order to counter fraud.

Any casino that has been stripped of the abilty to pay back to a major eWallet has serious issues, because it will be the eWallet that has not been able to verify the documentation provided by the casino's processor, and has thus locked down their merchant account to accepting player deposits only. This is usually because they can't verify the bank account used to fund the merchant account, and thus the operator cannot put money into it to pay players, and has to fund withdrawals from players who deposit by the method.

This happened to Playtech a while ago, and lead to a rash of Playtech casinos saying they could accept Neteller deposits, but would only pay withdrawals generated from Neteller deposits by cheque.
