LasVegasUSA slow to pay withdrawal

I had a bit of luck at LasVegasUSA casino a few weeks ago. Requested a courier withdrawal of $500.00 on May 24. They then asked for my credit card and id info which I provided. They notified me last week (around June 1st or 2nd or thereabouts) that my w/d has been approved.
Today on live chat LasVegasUSA stated it has not been processed yet and will take about 2 weeks to process.
Wow, a long time for a w/d.

I just received an ACH from them that took a LONG time. It sat in the queue forever (where you can reverse the withdrawal), then once removed from there it took another week for me to receive the money.

During this time I received no emails and no other communication as to the status of my withdrawal.

I get that processing has been complicated by recent events ... but they made no effort to communicate anything whatsoever to me.

5 deposits

Between May 19th and May 24th I've made 5 credit card deposits totalling $341.00. Just sayin.

I never request nor accept bonus money. Don't want to muck up my w/d possibilities. I play slots but also play video poker and craps. Love craps.

This group of casinos are very roguelike in my opinion. They leave pending WD in cashier for days hoping you'll reverse. Once they do approve withdrawl, they'll give every excuse in the book why it takes so long to receive money. I've played at various sites from MainStreet group and they're all this way. Did I also mention that they're tight as anything?

Don't even waste your time or money there!

On their website....

If I am not mistaken, it does state on the withdrawals section on the casino banking web page, that it take 2 weeks to process withdrawals. Why it takes that long, I can't not answer. But in all fairness, the casino does state that up front, so it is not like they are using it as a stalling tactic.

With that being said, it doesn't state how long after the 2 week processing time it is going to take to get your money. I have closed my accounts with this group a while ago because of the withdrawal times.

I hope this helps everyone who is getting frustrated, I know it is a long time to wait for your winnings, but the casino is being upfront about it taking a long time to process it.

All the best,
LH

On the Accredited Casino section it states:

ATTENTION US PLAYERS: In most cases, the casinos listed here do not accept players from the US. There are some that do - please be aware that these casinos may have payment issues and your winnings may be delayed.

Unfortunately, ten days to two weeks is just too long. I've removed the Main Street Group until these delays are sorted out and they are back up to standard as they were when they first joined.

Much needed kick up the arse. This has NOTHING to do with recent events. They have ALWAYS taken 2 weeks or more to pay players, and this even extends to players OUTSIDE the US, where there should be NO "processor problems" causing delays. When they first started out under Playtech, they paid in HALF the time that other Playtech casinos took, and I remember being paid in 2 days on a number of occasions back to Neteller. The rot set in after they moved to RTG, and rather than 2 days, you are lucky to get paid in 2 WEEKS.
It rather looks like the delays were due to internal policy, rather than genuine external difficulties. Only recently would a 2 week delay be seen as "pretty good" now that QT has gone, and many other casinos have given up altogether with the US.

I had accounts with several casinos in the group and I asked about withdrawals and they told me flat out that it was 2 weeks. I don't remember when that was but it had to have been at least a year ago, possibly longer. I haven't played there since.

Worse, it was "policy" to deliberately sit on withdrawals until the 2 weeks was up, it was NOTHING to do with them actually needing this long.

update

I received this email today June 11, 2011:

Greetings from Main Street Vegas Group

We would like to confirm the delivery of your $500.00 payment, (check# xxxxxx) which was sent to your billing address via courier mail. The same was issued on June 6th, 2011 and should be delivered soon.

I sympathise...

I won an RJP from Las Vegas USA a couple of years back for around $13K, being from US I expected a "minor" delay in processing my payment. Keep in mind that I had all my documents approved prior to even pressing the SPIN button for the first time and it still took almost 3 months before I saw my winnings, once the funds hit my account I closed my account there and never looked back. Unacceptable then and now

Update 2 or 3

I hadn't checked my mail in a few days. Today I found a Fedex 'attempt at delivery' sticker on the side of my mail box. Had I been home to sign for it, my check would have been received on June 9th.
Maybe this forum got things moving. Thanks to all.

Help

I have a 4500.00 payout pending with theses people. Will I see it? I usually play at Jackpot Capitol and am very pleased with them. But a little bad luck made me look for another casino. I chose Las vegas USA but did not look into the payout terms. It is a two week hold but they insisted I will be paid. Is this true

So far, the issues have been long delays, but nothing in the way of payments not arriving at all. You should get paid........ eventually.

Thanx

Thank you for your reply. I am new and was a little upset when I saw my withdrawals just sitting there with no response. jackpot Capitol is fast and I guess I got a little spoiled.

it is good that they are not accredited any longer. They do have a history of claiming fraud and not paying. It happened to a good number of players and they were even saying that players from different countries were in a fraud ring together. I would never play at these places. Virtual is much safer IMO and I wouldn't play there either. Be prepared to PAB should they do the old "fraud" accusation on you.

Where did you hear about the "false" fraud allegations? I don't remember that one.

The casino is not rogued here, and if they pulled a stunt like you say they did, I'm pretty sure Bryan would have taken harsher action than revoking accreditation.

Did you consider the possibility that the casino was correct?

Last year sometime there was a fraud group from America and main street also claimed that a forum member was in that group. The crazy part of it was that the forum member is from Australia. Max or Bryan disagreed with this but mainstreet would not pay them and it was a big amount I think.

So CM stated it was not fraud and said the players should have been paid?

I vaguely remember the case (the group from one state?)....didn't they do lock casino as well? Weren't you friends with one of them?
