HI,I Hate starting a thread for something so trivial but is anyone else having problems contacting 32red live chat,nobodys home it seems and has been that way since yesterday.

Perhaps they are just really busy (happens easily with somewhere as big as 32Red). How long are you waiting for before giving up?

Maybe thats it, but have had 6 different attempts at 32red and golden lounge since last night,chat is just timing out!. Its no major problem just a query i have!

Yeah have a feeling its my browser upgraded to IE9 last night.

It's almost impossible to access the chat using IE9. 32RED support told me they use Chrome themselves, which works excellent. I've had these same issues myself, but with Chrome it's not a problem.

yeah me 2 upgraded as well hate the new version back to firefox and Chrome

IE is nonsense. It's so unbearably slow in comparison to Chrome I don't understand why people still use it.

I phoned 32red and asked if there was problems with live chat and they said there is indeed a problem with users using internet explorer 9 cant access live chat.

Their I.T department are aware and are trying to get a fix.
