It depends on how serious your complaint is.
If it's the type of complaint which might end up in a Pitch-A-Bitch situation, then you should NOT start a thread about it - there are rules on what you should not post if doing a PAB.

Dan Varley is the Affiliates rep and might not handle player complaints. I don't know if he ever had an account here at CM.
Have you tried the support e-mail addresses on their website?

I tried to PAP here about two months ago, but was denied
I sent many emails to the casino, but I didn't get even one reply
I called in, the operator always told me to call back in half an hour. The manager probally read my emails, but I think he tried to avoid me or something.

Do you know WHY your PAB was denied?
Seems strange as they are not in the Rogue Pit or on the No Can Do list.
