    Question Picking my Online Casino-Unibet??

    Hi all!!
New to casinomeister.Information overload!! but great site

My casino of choice was unibet until i heard some scare stories on other forums regarding unibet, i pulled my money from site.

Pleasently surprised to find them accredited here at casinomeister.
I made one withdrawal from Unibet myself, everything was great, no id even requested for a 500euro withdrawal.

So wondering if i was a bit hasty with annoymous scare stories.

but the scare stories invole unibet using this part of their terms and conditions:-

2.3Unibet reserves the right, at its own discretion, at all times, to:
    •Decline to open a Unibet Account and/or to close an existing Unibet Account, without any explanation whatsoever;

hmmmm, that still doesn't look good to me.
    is that normal?

That's pretty standard at most online casinos.
Online casinos are the same as land based; there may be certain individuals who the casino does not want playing there; troublesome customers or fraudsters for example. So of course they should have the right to exclude anyone they want to.

Unibet are very reputable, and I'm sure that in the rare cases when they do close accounts, that they pay the players first, and then ban them.
So unless you're doing something "dodgy", I think it would be 100% safe to carry on playing there.

Hello. I have tried almost every casino that provides NetEnt, so I am very familiar with most of them (Nordicbet, Unibet, Betsson, Bet24, Carlos Casino, CasinoEuro and more). (Unibet also has a MG casino)

My experience is also that Unibet is 100% safe. They also have a rep on this forum.

I don`t use Unibet now, but that has nothing to do about them being safe or not.

I would recommend Unibet if you want a good sportsbook together with both NetEnt casino and MG casino. (but they don`t have a full selection of MG games)

    Good

The thing I like about NetEnt, is that they are listed at Nasdaq OMX Stockholm Mid Cap. Everybody has access to review their finance. Unibet is also listed (Betsson- another good casino is listed too), and this provides a good safety for customers.

Microgaming on the other hand, is hidding in Isle Of Man. With very high degree of secrecy.

I received a 100% match weekend promo from Unibet. Based on this I made a qualifying deposit but did not get the advertised bonus.

Anyway, I tried contacting them by using their "live 24/7" chat service but it was offline !! WTF. So I shot off an email to their Customer Support department 24 hours ago and am still waiting to hear from them.

This is extremely poor customer service in my opinion. I certainly wont be rushing back to play there.

They also dont seem to have all the new MG slots. Not sure why this is. Cant they afford them ?

thats good to know. netent seem to have quite a low profile on casinomeister which is a shame as im a fan.

i think its just they have a mix of both MG and Netent software so they pick and choose i guess.
Hopefully theres just a delay in the bonus being put into your account but, hhmmmm no its not impressive service. id give them a day or so yet though before getting mad. let us know

Yes. That is true. They are very slow on customer support. Their live chat is often closed, and it takes some time to recieve a reply. But since I don`t use CS so often, that is not a big problem for me. They always fixed whatever I wondered. I think they have almost 5 million registered users, so they should probably have a larger staff. I don`t know how many active users they have (active= played within the last 3 months), but that information is available in their annual and quarterly- report

When it comes to your bonus, that should be added to your account automatically. Bit strange it did not.

matty0721: Yes, they do have a low profile in this forum. I have tried to start some threads about NetEnt and casinos who uses them, but nobody cares For some reason, everybody loves MG.

By the way matty0721, if you think that customer service is important. Then I would recommend Betsafe.com or Betsson.com

They both use NetEnt, and they are really fast with replies. Betsafe is the fastest, and they always answer within 15 minutes in e-mails (or you will recieve about £10)
