I'm not even sure if that is normal procedure but I would have sent it, they didn't have to do it like that. oh, well. Never again (after my free chip) will I play there anyways.
Glad I am on this site now and don't have to guess anymore where to play.

This is "normal procedure", but is also very RUDE given that you were never given the chance to "do the right thing" yourself.
The casino has now shown you the TRUE nature of how MUCH power casinos have over any money held in eWallets, and quite unnecessarily so.
Recent cases have shown that Neteller will return the money ONLY if it is still there, so learn from this, and next time you think this might happen, make sure the money is NOT there for the taking
This was a true "bank error", so it was RIGHT that they had the money returned, HOWEVER, Neteller will ALSO do this when the money has been won and paid, but the casino later decides to use it's "F U Clause" because it thinks you are an "advantage player" who abused a bonus. This is what happened years ago with Prime casino, a case which made this arrangement common knowledge.
