has anyone experience with large amount withdrawals from giantvegas?

I won 20 000 dollar in september
the max amount you can WD in 30 days is 5000

the first WD took 3 weeks
the second 9 weeks
and now i made 2 jan a third and after 4 weeks it was declined. nobody tells me why. Advise from manager, make another WD.
Thats nice because you have to wait again.
all my mails come back undelivered.
chat does not answer, phone does not work. You get a click and than nothing.
the only one who sometimes mail me back is the manager but also with standard answers.

I want to know if there are people who has this problems too from Sept 2010

Sorry to hear that they dont pay and just try to listen to good music smoke some weed and forget about it, choose a better place to play next time, check This website accredited casinos and play by the terms

Your lucky to even have gotten 10k$ out of them. Hope you get the rest. It took me about 3 weeks to get even some back from my deposits, so im not playing there anymore.... I think you should use the playtech complaint service at www.playtech.com they might speed things up for you.
