I have just joined this casino after being offered 100 free spins on Tomb Raider- Secret... I am waiting to see if I get the free spins takes 24 hours apparently, But anyway I have been looking for them on here as I have never heard of them before, took ages to find anything there is no info on them on here apart from Proceed with Caution.

Does anyone else use this site what are the pros and cons.

Don't know the casino, but it's Microgaming, so should be fairly safe i guess?

They are a scandinavian (Danish?) sportsbook with casino, I've played there in the past a few times, cashed out once and got paid within 48 hours.
I quit playing because they only have a small selection of games, just like Unibet.
Just missed too many of my favourites there.
But they do pay, so good luck with the spins!

I have used Expekt in the past (some years ago). They are a reliable and good casino/sportsbook as far as I know.

My experience is that they are in the same good league as Centrebet, Nordicbet and Betsson.

I did withdrawals with no problems

I would not have any problems with re-joining Expekt.

I have done some work for Expekt (as a consultant) and they are a decent operator.

They have been around for a while and are reputable.

Expekt are ok - licensed by Malta - they are pretty big - Ive met some of the staff when I was working in Malta. I dont think you should have any problems. I heard they were bought by another co last year, so things might have changed, you never know.

I have spoken to customer services twice via live help they first said wait 48 hours - the rules state 24 they then told me that I hadn't entered a code which I know I did now they saying I don't have one but give us some money and we give you something else.

Expekt are still refusing to credit me my free spins and keep telling me I didn't put the code in , this amounts to saying I am lying and I will not be playing at a casino that treats people as liars.

If said casino are not willing to honor the advertisement. Then I would have to agree with OP; it is false advertising.

Reading the promotions T&C, this looks a little confusing;
- Customers may be requested to provide proof of receipt of this newsletter to obtain their free spins.
I would ask support to translate what this means.
