Yes but I haven't got the email anymore it had a number of casinos listed also they are not disputing that the promotion exists they are saying I didn't put the code in and I know I did.

Yes I know they said so, I just thought there might have been some errors if you tried to use a old promo-code.

I expected they would be but their whole attitude towards this been "You didn't put the code in" and it's tough. Same back they are not getting any of my money I know what I put.

Plenty of better offers elsewhere.

I have spoken to customer services twice via live help they first said wait 48 hours - the rules state 24 they then told me that I hadn't entered a code which I know I did now they saying I don't have one but give us some money and we give you something else.

.....making such a massive song and dance over 100 free spins on an OBSCURE TECHNICALITY that the vast majority of players wouldn't have th sloghtest clue about, and then following this with the good old "bait & switch" tactic of "oh, but deposit €10 and we'll give you some different free spins".

In the "spot the rogue" advice, this is a CLASSIC sign of the rogue operator, and a reputable one should NEVER make this kind of error because to a NEW player, it is the all important FIRST IMPRESSION that counts, and it has to be GOOD.

Coupled with the "proceed with caution" here, this is NOT adding up to the "reputable" end of the market.

Even if the error came from the affiliate, this is not the PLAYERS fault, and I bet if players knew what the "deal" was, they would be HORRIFIED to learn that this affiliate stands to get paid up to €150 just for bringing them to the casino, and possibly more if they actually become a loyal player.

From the affiliate perspective, this could also indicate an error in the affiliate program, with affiliates being "ripped off" because the players they bring are NOT getting tagged, and not being eligible for the free spins in this case means the affiliate did the work, but does NOT get paid - and will probably never know.

From my experience Expekt casino is one of the best out there. Especially when it comes to withdrawal processing times.
