    Rich Reels Legit?

I have loved playing at Rich Reels so far. Anyone know if they are legitimate as far as payouts are concerned?

PS I know they aren't Casinomeister accredited but their play is 1000% better than the Club World Group so if they do have legitimate payouts I will continue playing there. Thanks!

Rich Reels is the sister casino to Villento - both pretty good casinos IMHO.
Obviously the play will be better than Club World because they use MG software, not RTG...

I could be wrong, but I believe they are only not accredited here due to poor/no response to Max/Bryan regarding player issues quite some time ago.
I should be meeting reps from the casino at the London affy conference in 2 weeks time - I'll raise this subject with them & see what they have to say for themselves.

I have been paid by them, but they were a bit slow for an MG casino. From memory it took about a week.

It takes longer and longer, but they pay

And they are indeed lacking their former accreditation bc of their unwillingness to have PAB issues dealt with by our hosts, or any third party mods. The now more assertive KGC handles any issues a player might have with them, and from all accounts I have read, they have accepted the terms set by the tribal gaming council, and paid players accordingly.

I love them too. But variance is a freaking bitch, and I am on her bad side a.t.m. Running poor everywhere, and RichReels being my favorite, they are enjoying the majority of my deposits (or maybe I should call them donations; been running so poorly, and making BR choices to boot, that I am yet to cashout in the new year).

I play at Rich Reels all the time, the USA version, I have never had any problems getting paid..They are a sister casino to Villento, I play there also, but never able to hit anything, much luckier at Rich Reels..Also Casinoshare (USA version) and Grand Mondial, no problems with payout and good customer support..Just give them a call, they answer right away and take care of any issues you may have..

I would love to play there more, but I just can't keep making donations that I get nothing out of! Maybe, that will change one day!

I play at both Rich Reels and Villento ---- and have done well, especially at Cashapillar and Dolphin game. Cashouts of my QT deposits have gone back to QT for withdrawals within 24-48 hours. Never a problem as of today.

    Re: Villento Cashout time

I requested a cashout on Saturday 1/15 (non banking day) Money was in my QT account as of this morning Monday 1/17. This is my second withdrawal with them in 2 weeks, both took less than 24 hours of banking day time.

    FWIW

    Villento/RichReels

Uncertain whether or no Villento to go, after searching the forum, finding nothing conclusive either way -
and despite tossing away an attractively presented promo CD perhaps a year ago,
    on Jan 11th I succumbed :
"...begin your gaming experience by collecting your New Real Account US Dollar 1,000 Welcome Offer" says the home page.

    Downloads the software, Registers, Login.
Live Chat lady tells me to deposit and enjoy welcome bonus.
And hey look! It's 100% 1st dep match. Only x 15 PERCENT playthru???
    Yes please says me!

Slots all seemed to be regulation MG games.
No, actually more kind than usual...
Took an exceptionally long time however to make the WR ?
Went repeatedly checking the credits box (was definitely avoiding early wd submission) there's a warning in the T&C : about having 2 goes and yer done for mate! Goose is cooked Pal!
Made sufficient impression that I missed the highlight of the T and Cees...

    Who'd imagine?
    Scratchies = 100% of playthru.
    SLOTS only 50% ...
50? HEY! That equals WR x 30 deposit + bonus elsewhere.
    AHHH. Tricky!!!

But $50 and hours (many) later -
Credit box now says Cash $260 Bonus = 0
    Go Cashier!
    Says "Withdrawable amount $260".
OK! Email Cust Service ask them to check and approve please?
    Reply comes back :
    Sorry mate... $100 plus $100 = $200 x 15 = $3000 and you still have $1300 to go!
"Yeah right"... says me. "But I only deposited $50!
Another reply. "Yup. You're right" says them.
Wager another $180 and you'll be OK to withdaw.

So 200 spins on fast auto @ .90c time and I'm another 3 dollars richer
    Send em another polite message.
    Do the faxback...
    Do the withdrawal.
    Reply comes on 14th Jan:
    'Thank you for your email.
I confirm that your recent documents was sent to our processing company for review. You will be contacted once feedback is available.
If you have any further queries feel free to contact our helpdesk!
    warm regards

    Feedback?
    15th Nothing.
    16th " "
    17th " "
18th " " ...Today here in Oz (a day ahead of you?)

    Check Neteller.
    Hey! Got Paid Yesterday!!!
    Somebody forgot to tell me.
    That's ok.

You wanted to know how it goes at Villento?
Good as anywhere else in my book.
Couple of whoopsies, Bit of human error. Happens.
    Stay cool, remain polite.
1st WD new customer - SIX days: not too bad I reckon.
And so if you want to give em a try you might
    email Help@Villentobrands.com ?
Tell em pianoman submitted a good lengthy report at CM forum and you'd like to register.

Easiest way to get people alongside is to show them some respect and appreciation befort you even start.

    Thanks Villento.
