New Player, very bad experience with rival!

First off I am new here and new to internet gaming and or gambling period. I had never ever played a slot machine until 3 weeks ago.

I have had a weird at best problem with box24 and ruby royal. I made a deposit of $100.00 to box24 via echeck, payment cleared and I started playing I won over $2300.00 in a 24 hour period. I asked for a withdraw and sent in the document's that were needed. I was told it would take up to 48 hours to process.

Four days later it was still in the reverse mode. I reversed some of it to play again. Guess what? I lost first $250.00, then reversed again $250.00 lost again and this went on until I had nothing.

I then made a new deposit and could not win at all.

So now $3000.00 later I never got any payment and never hit another win...Really with $3000.00 I never won again, it was clear they were not going to let me when anything.

I basically had the exact same thing happen at Ruby Royal as well.

Yes I lost, and yes it is my fault but come on you can't play that much and not win one penny.

I will not play rival again.

Hello and sorry for your loss. But I think this is a typical situation. A new player is depositing and wins a good amount of money (more than he could expect). Reverse the withdrawal and loses everything.

I must say that it sounds a bit strange if you where betting $ 3000 and never won a single time? But of course, if you did bet $250 a spin, then it could have happened.

4 days and still in "reverse-mode" is to much. That is not good.

I did not explain well, I was not playing $250.00 a spin, I was only playing 0.75 cents a spin. I also was playing different games.

Oh and by the way they also after I won suspended my account because they said my phone number was invalid, which it was not and after I yelled at them they reinstated me. They were looking for a reason then not to pay.

I played at club world and won over 1,000.00 and high noon I have won 1,200.00 without losing it.

I am a very tight player and even in fun mode at box24 on instant play I cannot win again.

My husband watched this as I showed him this monkey business and he could not believe it either. It was as if they were controlling the machine. The slot would move on the last spin and then reverse itself to keep from free spins.

    I never won anything again.

0.75 cents a spin, with the total of $ 3000 and not a single cent in winnings. Thats 4000 spins! I find it hard to believe that somebody would play and spin 4000 times without a cent in winnings. I dont call you a liar, I just find it hard to believe. Good luck

Hello, and welcome to the forum. If you choose to stick around long enough, there is a wealth of information here, covering every aspect of online gaming.

With that in mind, this is why it is called "gambling". Everyone here has experienced the same issues (maybe not with this certain casino), so you are not alone. Some friendly advice, some of the casinos will "flush" your withdrawal (meaning they make it so you can NOT be tempted to reverse it), all you have to do is ask in Live Chat. The 48 hrs for processing of docs is around the norm, once your docs are processed and okayed, you won't have to wait for this again.

If I'm remembering correctly, Box 24 is a non-white label Rival (one of the safer Rivals to play at) and I think once your docs are okayed, they pay out within 24 hrs. (You can PM Kasino King and ask him maybe? He's generally very helpful.)

The thing with gambling is you also need to use willpower to fight the "attraction/temptation" of doing the reverse withdrawal. The best gambers, at times, forget where the cashout button is located.

You may want to checkout the accredited section (these are not written in stone 100% problem free casinos, but if you DO end up having a problem, then CM/MaxD will do all they can to help you for legitimate issues).

Here is a link to the rogue section:

Here is the link to the accredited section:

Good luck in your future endeavours!

Yes, it is hard to believe I would be happy to get my history and share it with everyone. It happend and I just can't believe it either. I would only hit like maybe crazy wins such as .18 cents and or stuff like that, but never got ahead again.

I tried again last night in fun mode and pretended I was playing with $100.00 and lost $60.00 right away playing 0.75 cents a spin.

At high noon I started with $100.00 and worked my way up. I am not loose at all.

Oki, so you did win, but if the problem is that you did not "got ahead again", then the issue is different. If you deposit/play for $3000, then of course it is not guaranteed you will get a balance of + $3000 again. We have all had bad sessions

It is a shame you did not find us before you reversed your funds, otherwise, you would have been aware that it could take up to 10 days for approval if it was your first time withdrawing.

There are many threads on here stating the time frame on which Rival pays out. I have NEVER received funds in less than 48 hours from ANY Rival. I have received funds in less that 10 days most of the time except some do allow the weekends to draw it out even longer.

You should make yourself familiar with some of the information here so that you do not get frustrated with waiting on a withdrawal, and with knowing this, it would help you in not reversing your winnings from sheer frustration of the wait.
Today is the Tomorrow, you thought about Yesterday...so live as IT IS your last tomorrow!

Welcome to the forum and welcome to the world of Reverse Withdrawals

A very expensive and valuable lesson, if you win do not be tempted to reverse your withdrawal. Once your docs have been approved, always ask Customer Services to flush your future withdrawals when made. Most decent casinos will do this for you ( Not all, but several ).

Finally do what I did when I had a big win at Roxy Palace a few years back ( Withdrawals there stay in a pending state for 48 hours and can't be flushed ). This was stay away from the internet for two days.
