The reason why a credited MG casino lost my business.

I have been playing in a credited MG casino this Saturday. And it offered me a 50% weekend bonus upto 200$. So it is normal bonus with normal 30X WR attached. I do not even think this turn into a nightmare. I started playing and my balance wen up and down. Some good hits and I got my balance to 1700 and I waged few times more than the WR.

I went to check my balance and found out the bonus balance turned from 200 to 566.

How the Fxxk that could happened? I played MG some years and that is new to me. SO I contact the player support and CS told me I have to wage anothe 28K to fullfill the entire WR. I sent in the email to support and 24 hours no answer.

Good, I do not blame the CS, maybe even him/her do not have an idea why this could happen. However, due to such a serious problem, I sent support an email asked them to process my cashout whatever the monut they want to pay and close my account there.

I feel being cheated. Why my bonus balance never went up when I could not win?

Hope they learned from this mistake... ... never screw players when they are win.

That sounds wrong. All wins should be credited to the Cash balance (after the whole bonus amount has been credited) unless something else is in the T&C. Which casino was this?

Well instead of getting all irate - why don't you find out why that happened?

There is obviously something very wrong there, so what you need to do is stay CALM and find out exactly what.

Contact the casino rep here, and if he/she can't resolve the issue for you, you can Pitch-A-Bitch and let Max investigate.
Slagging-off the casino on the forums is the LAST thing you should be doing.

Something is not right here and it does not add up.

Lets just say you deposited $400 to get the full $200 bonus giving you $600.
Your WR would be 18k assuming the WR is on d+B if it was on the bonus only then it would be 6k. So where has the casino pulled 28k from...

Since this casino is accredited they will have a rep here and I would try contacting them first and see what is up..

Not good. Seems like they are not willing to investigate this, and are treating you like a "troublemaker".

This is an obscure fault with the MGS Clearplay system, although this is one of the WORST examples I have ever heard of. A $200 bonus balance rose to a whopping $566 after a fair bit of play. It looks very much like your ENTIRE DEPOSIT was also credited to the BONUS balance, so with the bonus you had the whole $600 as bonus money.

It seems MGS operators are in denial about this problem, but it DOES HAPPEN, and pretending it doesn't makes them look UNPROFESSIONAL.

Contact the rep, and tell him about this thread. If you don't hear back, escalate to PAB.

DON'T NAME THE CASINO yet, wait till you have heard back from the rep, or got the result of the PAB.

This can be checked by looking at the start of this session, where you deposited $400 and got $200. This will prove beyond any doubt that Clearplay has screwed up big time, and your account needs manual adjustment to correctly reflect your wagering.

Don't keep playing and lose that nice win, get this resolved, and then decide whether to close your account over their poor handling of this incident.

i know at go wild casino you cannot play progresive slots while you have a bonus balance. if you do they winnings go to bonus balance and the playthrough is a 100 times or something like that.
