I do not think money is the issue for me here.

Having your winnings bound by 100x WR is still better than a confiscation, you at least get "hours of fun" trying to escape from the error you made earlier, and you MAY even succeed. 32Red ALSO deal with breaches of bonus terms by loading any "illegal" winnings with 100x WR, rather than just confiscating them.

When does the bonus ever get bigger as you wager? It's just a mistake somewhere obviously. Why not just go back to live chat and ask them nicely to explain what happened (re; 28K) and if you still don't understand it or think it is wrong, get them to email you copy of chat and bring it in here and I'm sure someone can figure it out. don't go all ballistic on them or did you already?![]()
I've had similar experiences. I understand how OP feels.
Would have been smarter to try and negotiate with casino first so then at least you can get more $ out of them and close your account after.

Sounds like OP was using Clearpay, I am unsure of this but if he was, the added bonus is benificial as it is given in increments of $10.
Many Microgaming casinos use Clearpay. And it has a WR of 30xB.

After reading what OP says and the other posts I agree. What I believe happend here is that OP is unfamiliar with his current casino and freaked out when he saw something he didn't understand. Another funny thing is that OP refuses to mention casino name.
I did not metion the name of casino because I do not want trouble. I still have to play at other "good MG casinos".
I believe there is a networking between casinos even between casinos running on different software.Sorry I have no proof, and please do not ask. I do not want to be marked as "trouble maker" espeically in this bad time(My VIP treatments and good bonus offers in other MGs are worth much more).![]()
