    VegasTower Not Pay-Please Help

Hello, It's the first time I request help from Casinomeister..

1.I made few days ago a deposit on VegasTower Casino (Fortune Lounge) using my Moneybookers account .

2.I requested 1 withdraw 166$ Sunday night. via Moneybookers.

3.Today they requested the verification docs:
Front and back side of driver’s license or passport
Utility bill (which is not older than 30 days and shows your current address)

3.I sent my Identity Card copy , 1 bank statement (with my name +address)+my Credit Card copy (with my name).
I explained I don't receive utility bills (I live with my parents), I don't have a car (so don't have driver licence), and don't have passport (I don't travel, but anyway I can travel only with my IC on UE countrys)

4.Ok, Everything seems to be on good road:
If you don’t have a driver’s license or passport, please send us a copy of your ID card. (front and back side)
Additional to that please send us your copy of your credit card statements, which are not older than 30 days.

I sent again my Identity Card copy+copy of my Credit Card+Copy of my Bank Statement (which include my Credit card transactions)

    5. The answer was incredible
Thank you for sending the required documents to us, however the documents did not meet our Clearance standards. We will appreciate it if you can send the required documents to us as soon as possible.
    - Clear Scanned copy of Electricity Bill
    - Clear scanned copy of ID card and Passport

It's like I talk with nobody... I explain clearly the situation..I sent what they request..and then they turn back: Utility bill+Passport/IC/Driver License.

Then I asked to live support..the answer was simple: "No utility bill=No payment"...

I accepted to recive phone call for more info..but they don't seem to be interested to talk with me..and pay me..

I want to say that I was approved with my docs in all Online casinos where I play (over 20 I thinK)..without any exception I receive my payment in time.

PLease help me..I don't know what to do..

Thanks..they already suggested..accredited bill utility..so I must talk with my parents to go to notar (police) and pay ~60-100$ to certify my parent utility bill..This it's not a solution for me.. I will contact Wim.

    He shouldn't have to.

Why can't casinos accept that some people DON'T drive, and may not even be ALLOWED a license due to some medical condition.

Not EVERYBODY pays the HOUSEHOLD utility bills. These are HOUSEHOLD bills, not PERSONAL ones.

This should have been settled with the PERSONAL bank and card statements, and should not have made it to a forum posting.

You are NOT a fraud just because you live with your parents, or are not "head of household" responsible for the bills.

The thing that EVERY player is bound to have is a PERSONAL account of some sort that they deposit from, as well as the basic documents used to open bank accounts in their country of origin.

We need to get away with players having to contact the Casinomeister rep to get a problem as simple as this dealt with. This is a routine issue that should be dealt with by CS and accounts.

I always use a bankstatement instead of a utility bill.
So far, never had a problem.
Who receives a paper utility bill these days?
    C'mon FL, it's 2010, not 1998.

It's not the first casino who request utilty bill, but the situation was been settled on all casinos with my Bank Statement or Credit card copy without any problem.
More than that I deposited with my MoneyBookers (where I submited alot of docs when I was verified) and I withdraw with the same MB.

Is the first casino who don't care about my bank statement, my credit card, MB...

I requested to my bank a new bank statement with bank stamp..and today date..and sented to support.
Bank statement it's with my name, my address..and more than that I requested to the bank to put a stamp bank under my address..

Asked on support about my verification situation and the answer is ..

Sergio : Marian, I see that our players security company, is still in need of the following information from you: -
    - Clear Scanned copy of Electricity Bill
    - Clear scanned copy of ID and Utility Bill

PS: I sent today few times already my ID copy .. more than that they request front&back copy from my ID (back is blank..white..no info..nothing)..but I sented how they request (front&back)

    PS2:
I rememeber Vegas Partner Lounge verification was only 2 hours..few hours after I received my payment..simple and profesional..(ID +bank statement)
Thank you for your support at Vegas Partner Lounge.
With regards to your documents we would like to thank you for sending the relevant documents through.
We are pleased to inform you that we have verified and filled all documents.

3Dice paid me 550$ in less than 1 hour after request..and no verification needed..only the same Moneybookers account..

I can continue with more profesionall example..

@leonardo99: you have asked me (off-line) for advice. If you want me to get involved then please look into our Pitch-A-Bitch process which I manage. To begin that process please read our Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ at http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...?faq=cmfaq_pab

Please read ALL of the PAB FAQ because it is important for you to know what to expect from the process and what we expect from you before, during and after we pursue the issue on your behalf.

Once you've read the FAQ and have determined that you do qualify for our assistance proceed to file the PAB and I'll take it from there.

    Until then,
    Regards,
