There is more to that "fellow member" than meets the eye. I'm not making judgments or criticizing him, but 3 failed PABs give a bit of an indication that he may not be just a "recreational gambler". There is nothing wrong with that as long as he plays within the rules - in this particular case, he did not. The problem is, the rule he broke was fundamentally unfair and unreasonable.

My second Pab was against Bingolasvegascasino . They are out of business now and rogued at certain portals . They have closed their site without paying many people .

My third Pab was against Stryyke . Stryyke was closed by the Malta authorities .

I have to say that was paid in full with the Help of the Lottery and Gaming authority in Malta at the Stryyke case .

Please dont make judgements there are many factors that can lead to a PAB failure .

already helped pursued the casino to remove that term, and FYI I was on Skype to the SoF rep for an hour last night fighting Heador's case and trying to get a satisfactory resolution, even though he did not sign-up via my site.

For KK and Lauriejim, how on earth would anyone ever want to put them down for doing what they feel is right. Have they not earned the respect they deserve? Does respect get stripped away so easily?

Maybe for some it does, for others though, like myself you will always have my greatest respect and it is chiseled in stone, not written on a sandy beach.

Some of you don't think about how statements made, hurt people, but they can and they do.

If you think of Lauriejim, how much have you hurt someone that is already hurting from the loss of her husband? The fact that she is here participating on the forum is most likely because she needs the distraction from the pain she is having. But she is wounded and will be for a long time, so at least give her respect for that.

KK, just recently had a new addition to his family, weren't we all proud to enjoy the moment with him as he shared a part of his life with us? Has he not shown that he is intelligent and very caring for not only the casinos, but also equally for the players?

Weplant, she is fairly new here and has not that I have seen, done anything to deserve being treated badly and having to have a harsh comment thrown in her face.

As a player, especially these days, if we find a casino that we can actually win at and get paid, then that is where we play. If one day we happen to get hung out to dry, we know it comes with the territory and will seek assistance if it comes to that.

So trying to beat us into submission to play only Accredited casinos is not working, maybe it would if they would actually give a tad higher payout than all the rest, but they don't. So where a player chooses to play is entirely up to them and if they have a good experience then be happy for them, because the bad experiences are everywhere and all to often.

Want to add, that some seem to think players don't try the Accredited casinos, we have and if we were completely satisfied we would still be there playing them.
