    Hi Nifty,

    Thank you for your opinion.

    Your right the knowledge i am getting just of a few hours reading some forums here is more than valuable to say the least but please let me explain myself before you think i am sore loser.

    No i did not know many sites used the same progressive jackpot as william hill but in any case that in my argument does not seem to matter her.

    I asked the foloowing question;

    WHEN WAS THE JACKPOT WON!!

    I did not ask the rep who won it i only asked when, as it would be nice to know were we stand.

    I am not asking you to be sympathetic i was just pointing out that if punters play these games with william hill then surely they should know when it was won.

    Also when your being told how much youve staked on a certain game and then you ask for proof of your transactions and they can not show you them,do you not think something is wrong there!

    As for an update this morning i received a email from william hill telling me they could not tell me when it was won and i should check other sites that also had the game on to see if they know who won it!!!

    Excuse me but im a member of William Hill and i staked my bets with William hill.

    There is no excuse for them not knowing when it was won,none at all.

    As for sour grapes about me losing,im sorry but i dont see it that way,if their taking bets day in day out on games they willingly promote on their website and then that jackpot was won and they do not know when it was won well im sorry but thats like biting the hand that feeds you.

    As for the delay in withdrawing winnings,yes i know its an old trick of the trade to get players back in the games but i was talking more as of a whole to all players and not just myself,after alll it takes just 20 seconds to deposit.

    Just before i finish, what i will say is this;

    I am a bit suprised that the clover rollover game was used by so many websites as when i first had the dispute with William hill regarding this game they was talking to me like they had exclusive rights to this game and it was theirs and theirs alone,it is correct to say i did not know how these things worked,which gladly this forum has now shown me.

    Maybe a little info on their site pointing out that this game could have been won by any player playing any of the said network you mentioned might have been helpful instead of them making out it was their game and one of their players would win it!

    It's a poor do that Will Hill can't provide simple information to the player and cs have not been trained in understanding the games they are offering.

    If they had proper systems they could explain it was a networked game and had been won at another operator.
