Vegas Slot...why so long?

I made a nice withdrawal from Vegas Slot (used to be Vegas Country, for USA) this past Friday. I have withdrawn from there before I think once.

I'm expecting my withdrawal to be in my QT this morning, nope...so I contact support, first they tell me I have to send docs, then they change their mind and say no...then they tell me I have to wait 4 days for the money to reach me...FOUR DAYS???

I'm sorry Bryan but this isn't "must be paid in a timely matter" which is one of your rules for accredited casinos...just about every Rival pays faster than this and none of them are accredited. It's not a check, not cash, not wire...it's going into QT, so why the hold up? It's not in a reverse stage.

So by the time I receive my money I will have waited 7 days, because of course they don't process on weekends. (another thing I would change for being an accredited casino if it were me)

Just thought I would give players a heads up who play there, be prepared to wait longer to be paid by them, than being paid from Rival.

No one finds anything wrong with this? :what:

There are threads all over with people waiting to be paid.

All other MG's are 24-48 hours, why not this one? I might as well play at Rival, same withdrawal time, actually I think Rival has become quicker.

Nothing new here. Super fast deposit, slow motion withdraw from yet
another online casino. Accredited or not, things are seriously flawed
with most casinos, (aside from 3Dice and a couple others) with their
withdraw time.

Attention online casinos...
Stop sitting around rubbing your lucky rabbits foot waiting
for us to reverse our winnings. Just pay what you owe and
we shall decide to deposit again or not.

Hi just play,

I've been a member of Vegas Slot for many years and have had my share of problems with them. But I have received my last 2 or 3 cashins from them via QT within 72 business hours.

Thanks Bryand.

But that's 3 days. (6 days since I cashed in on Friday)Every other MG pays within 2 days, and most are 1 day...RTG's pay overnight (at least the good ones) and Rival are now paying in 2 days...so in other words Vegas Slot is the slowest paying accredited and even non-accredited casino.

After I receive my withdrawal next year  I certainly won't deposit there again.

Did you try contacting the rep here JP? Just to see if it's a processor issue or what the holdup is? I wonder if it has anything to do with waiting for the deposit to clear before letting the WD go through? There's another thread here with that scenario except it's an eWalletXpress issue. I don't use QT so I don't know if they have the same sort of terms...?

I had one really slow WD from this group via a bank wire - I finally contacted the rep here and he sorted it out, but it still ended up taking twice as long as usual - but they did refund the $35 fee, so although it was frustrating, I did get my money and I wasn't out anything except time.

And yeah congrats on the win!

Sorry to hear about your frustration. Casinos should realise that the longer they take to pay, the longer players will think about redepositing again. They end up shooting themselves in the foot and make lame excuses for such prolonged WD periods....

In echoeing your view on Accreditation, it wouldn't hurt to ask if this is reconsidered. We are in a new day and age and technology provides for instant payouts via certain methods.

Bryan, will this ever be put under review for consideration or will there be an ammendment to '"must be paid in a timely matter" to reflect a more specific time period?

If I'm not mistaken Bryan is on the road again so patience might be in order insofar as getting a reply goes.

This standard was conceived before the US market went wacky - and this is what it's more geared for. US players will always have issues with payments - that's the nature of the beast at the moment. I could attempt to provide info on payment time periods for US vs non-US, but that would be time consuming and it changes daily. What I ought to do is add a "note" to the term addressing US based players that their payment times may be longer than expected.

Completely dumb question here...but do people from other countries use QT?
Because one would think that it wouldn't matter if you are from USA if money is going into there. Unless I have no idea what I'm talking about and that does happen often. :D

Casino to QT should NOT take any longer than Casino to non-US ewallet. Such transfer does NOT involve the US banking system. It is transfers into the US, such as bank wire, that tend to take longer, often as long as 30 days.

It seems the casino are dragging their feet on this one, even if only by a couple of days so far.

I too have had some "weirdness" from this group, so SOMETHING is up. 4 of my 5 withdrawals were met with "we are currently unable to process your funds back to Neteller". This was despite the fact that I have only EVER deposited from Neteller there. It looks like they are having trouble juggling funds between the various payment methods. Since they are restricted in what they can do for US customers, they may simply sit on a QT withdrawal until funds turn up at their end of QT to enable them to pay out.

This group seem particularly prone to "can't pay back to Neteller" syndrome, I haver not experienced this elsewhere, although I remember a stink when Playtech casinos en-masse said they were unable to pay back to Neteller.

I simply had 4 cheques instead. They came from Ireland, but were in UK pounds, so didn't cost anything in fees.

That's what I thought.

I contacted support a little while ago and they said I am first on the queue (sp?) ya right...and I will probably get paid tonight or tomorrow.

Doesn't seem like getting paid in a timely manner to me...cash out on Oct. 1, 2010 get paid October 7, 2010...that's a 6-7 day wait. I will post when I do get paid. They did give me a small bonus with no PT, but that was gone faster that it took me to type this.
