    lucky creek/treasure mile rogue

I had played at treasure mile a long time ago on a free chip and they paid me about 400 out of 800 to my bank without too much hassle and I thought they were a good site. I recently played at lucky creek which is one of their sister sites and they wouldn't pay me any winnings. They said they needed my documents and I requested treasure mile to send them to lucky creek. Treasure mile said that I had to resend my documents because it has been over six months since I had sent them my documents. This is the first time in my entire life I have had a casino pull this move on me. They had my documents on file and now I had to resend them because it had been over 6 months? Not just resend a utility bill mind you, but resend everthing every six months. GRRRR.. I went ahead and sent all my documents to lucky creek via email and also fax.. and waited 5 days and nothing happened. I never heard from them at all. I contacted them and they stated the withdrawal would not go through because they needed my documents. I sent them again twice via fax and at every single email they had. Again they stated they never received the documents. I will never play on this group of casinos ever again and warn everyone to stay away. If you do happen to win they charge absurd amounts of money to withdraw as well, if you can get your documents approved every six months. What a joke.. I lost prob around 1000.00 combined at these sites and learned my lesson. They are partnered with lucky creek, wiz bet, and all the other ones that I dont recall. If you like their games go to grand prive and stay away from these guys. But, in all honesty I would avoid all of these sites all together, their slots are boring and their customer service sucks. I saw a warning flag about a month ago when they tried to get me to deposit 200.00 instead of 50.00 for an extra bonus. They kept trying to get me to deposit bigger amounts of money for better bonus's. Not too mention I had hit 3 red sevens a while back for a measly 40.00 and then the site crashed and they said I never actually hit 3 red sevens despite me having a picture from my phone of all the sevens lined up on the machine. I am over these sites.

Well I am sorry you are having such a bad experience with these casinos. I personally enjoy the games, but don't know if I could trust them enough to deposit my money. I have played the free chips, and spins, but never lucky enough for a cashout.

I don't think you should have to resend all documents every 6 months. Utility bill MAYBE, and that is a big maybe. DL, Photo ID, etc etc, I think is really silly to have to resend.

    Good luck to you...

I play at these sites quite regularly and have never had an issue with them. They allow you to claim multiple free chips in a row and don't blink an eye when you cashout. I think it is a little much to call them rogue because they want additional verification. As a matter of fact, I cannot recall a single complaint about this group not paying out.

Also, there are quite a few casinos out there that require a recent utility bill before they approve your documents. If I am not mistaken, Club World group requires it to be within the last 3 months...

I also have never had an issue with them, found them to have fast cashouts and friendly service and mine were off ND chips.

Im really sorry you have had a bad time with them.

I play at WizBet now and again. I cashed out $500 from the introductory free chip and was paid in 5 days with less trouble than I have had at some other casinos.

I personally like the games. They are different and being in the US, my choice is very limited.

I don't think I have read any complaints, so either I'm not reading the right forum, nobody's playing there, or there isn't much to complain about.

I don't have a problem sending in ID docs. It's just something that you have to do. Keep them downloaded on your computer and update utility bill ever so often. When you send them, then immediately call and see if they have been received. Works for me.

A document request hardly indicates a rogue casino, IMO.

Did you read the fact that I sent them my documents?? I sent them literally 20 times and they kept saying they never received them. Not only that, but the fact they need you to resend them every 6 months is a way for them to scam you once you finally win. I too had a cashout once from these crooks but then they decided not to pay me. Maybe it is just luckycreek that is the problem?? Regardless, I will never play on this group of sites ever again! Have fun using your free chips to try and make free money which if your lucky they might decide to pay you. Tell Will from customer service no thank you for trying to get me to keep depositing extra money, and also for spamming my Email 5 times a week. The mail spam alone is enough to consider them a rogue company.

I agree with you on this casino, I just posted in here about my experience trying to cash out on ND spins. But with me they played the "need it lighter need it darker" game on my ID'S. I must have faxed them my info 6 times..if this isn't a fraud or rogue casino I don't know what is,

This is a reoccurring problem, is it an excuse for payment not sure or is it an actual problem with fax machines and casino e-mail addresses? Many e-mails are being blocked by ISP's and fax has always been a problem other than text. You can't fax an ID picture scan so why is this being required?

I deposited £25 recently at lucky creek without a bonus or freebie..managed to cash out £200. sent my docs , did not need to send credit card doc as used Neteller. Received the Money back to neteller exactly when they said so. All done and dusted within 48 hours.
