You need to familiarize yourself with this page:

Here's a tip for you - and any other beginners:
When you want to check out a casino, click on "Rogue Pit" at the top of the forum...

Then hold down CTRL and press F.
Then type in part or all of the name; e.g. "Chance"
If not found first time, press "F3" to search again.
In this particular case you will find this:

They might better call themselves Palace of Fat Chance. As others have said, part of the well known rogue Virtual Group.

If you are going to gamble, at least don't gamble on the getting paid part. Those players who have got paid usually have to harrass them for long periods. Or there have been players who played and got paid, until they hit a big enough one. They use tactics like giving you freechips, then turning around and denying cashouts on a real deposit because you've used to many free chips.

Also, any casino in the rogue pit, you can't PAB against, so you lose the ability to have help when you run into problems.
