47 casino adware thank's coolcat!!!

I scan my pc once weekly I haven't been to coolcat in month's I never deposited there ever. Where in Hell did all these come from? Not all were coolcat but they had a majority stake. Last week none were cool cat only had 7 items to remove. I very long ago uninstalled there casino and I haven't installed any new ones for quite awhile.

My fault I had the firewall turned off but I didn't even give coerced consent
(snuck in with another download I did agree to) So I deem it rather intrusive
Anybody explain how these work to us Computer illiterate?
