I received an email from this casino, never heard of them before. I guess they have changed software providers now. Any info on this casino? What software are they using now? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Sun Palace has always been RTG.
They are the home of the slow payments and the incredibly large wage requirements.
That being said, they've always paid me without complaints. It just takes too long to get your money.

Aren't they part of the Main Street group? If so, they're accredited here, but like skiny says, the withdrawals are slow. Unless they've changed that since the last time I played at their group.

As skiny said - always RTG, always MainStreet Group and always CasinoMeister accredited(to the best of my knowledge).
Their promo's are certainly not the most competitive, their cash-outs are notoriously slower than many casinos but very reliable, and basically they are rock solid.

if you don't care, that they have a 2 weeks withdrawal time and if it's ok for you, that you have to wager your own deposit (without any bonus) 5 times, before you can cashout, than it's fine![]()

They used to be Playtech. When I joined they had more, and they were all Playtech. When Playtech banned the US & Canada, they switched to RTG, and closed some of the casinos, and moved the accounts over to three RTG casinos. They also changed my currency from the UK Pound to the US Dollar in the process.
Under Playtech, they paid pretty fast, and faster than the Playtech norm. Now it seems they are SLOWER than the norm, even for the US. They hold no attraction to players like myself, used to payment in 2 to 3 days at most. The prospect of 14 days to pay to Neteller has been enough to keep these casinos off my desktop.
The offers are similarly modest to iNetBet, but iNetBet pay much faster. I believe the Main Street bonuses are also CASHABLE, like those at iNetBet, but UNlike RTG casinos as a whole.

Playtech never banned Canada.
But VWM is right, they used to be Playtech, and IMO, were a much better group of casinos when they used that software. They paid much faster. I used to play at Twin Aces regularly...was probably my favourite Playtech. Then after the UIGEA, they switched to RTG and it's been downhill ever since. The two week payment thing is for all withdrawal methods, and all countries, not just the US....last time I checked with them anyway.
