KK - Always Vegas are a new brand and mistakes can occur - as long as we handled the issues fairly at the end i believe we deserve another chance.

It STILL took several months to resolve, and there is NO NOTIFICATION given to players about their status with Rival, they have "no right to know" according to them. In light of this, the ONLY way players have of telling what their status regarding promotions is the lobby, and if promotions are offered, they should be honoured. Far from being hard to resolve, this problem should never have happened in the first place.

The Rival system is itself the most NON transparent system known, there is NO logic to the process being used to flag players on the database, and some casinos ignore it altogether.

This case is yet another nail in the coffin for Rival, and they just keep on hammering them in.

Over at another forum there is a rep from Rival themselves, trying to convince affiliates that all is well. Even HE quite clearly does not understand how this database works, since he said that bonus bans are applied to players who open accounts at several casinos IN THE SAME GROUP.

What casino group does Always Vegas belong to then?

If this is what causes players to get added to the database, they need to know which Rival casinos belong to which groups, and the terms should be updated to tell players that they can only have one welcome bonus over that group.

first sorry my english.....i make deposit 30$ and get 200% bonus..=90$....mx cashout 15xbonus..900$..i start play scary rich..1.2$/spin..after 43 spin come error...after that error my balance is zero..0!!i check my history..there is 43x1,2$ spin...and win 12,72$..so i lost 51,12$ somewhere...i send email them..1 day later they give me 50$ nodeposit bonus...and funny things...maxcashout is 250$.....now i wait what they do..this i get:

That is of course not right you should at least get a max cashout of $900
i have been playing on rivals for almost 3 year now and think ive cashed out on everyone of them but when doing so you risk being flagged and have been flagged on most of them for promos,i 2 took the 200% promo at alwaysvegas and cashed out out 400 then a week later again 400 with a promo but i dont go there much anymore since they started putting max cashout on there bonus ide like to think one day i might hit it big time it took me 5 days to get that first withdrawal and 2 days the 2nd one, only once have i have to ask for help to been paid from a rival casino and i did took about 3 weeks though, withdrew from spintime for the first time last weekend,withdrew on saturday got paid on Monday there might be a lot said about rivals but as far as i know they pay
just hate it when they flag your account for taking bonus and withdraw,i always thought the bonus was there to be takin and more often then not you lose but when you win you get punished ?

Sounds like someone from the former Oliver Curran casinos opened up a Rival clipjoint. First time (?) a Rival casino confiscates winnings on bogus reasons.

AlwaysVegas, probably mean that you should always play in Las Vegas if you want to get paid.

Exactly! I only play at land based casinos once again. I gave on-line a good try now for just over 3 years and have had some decent success and have had losing streaks as well, but mostly decided to return to land-based casinos because of all the hassles and scams the on-line scene has become.

Also, the game at the b/m casinos are better in my opinion and i have won my biggest and best streaks there as well, plus i know so many peps in the casinos and managers always greet me and the staff so freindly. Very personal.

@ kasino king can u ask vegas aces ( RIVAL)why i cant get my little withdrawl ? i been trying with lots of paitece for about 5 weeks now ive sent in my photo id 2 times. its been approved. i met t and c. and although my withdrawl could only be in the amount of 80 dollars as they charge 40 dollars for a ck. but i didnt want to give out my banking info for such a small withdrawl. live chat is NEVER ONLINE. so i called about 5 to 6 times and i always get a different support person. no one ever can answer questions or send me a email. ive sent several and only one time recieved a reply. its funny that when i logged in and installed chat was available. since then NEVER. of course they have lots of excuses. i didnt get ugly at all with them. i figured its just a lousy 40 dollars but thank goodness thats all it is. also glad i learned this casinos behavior on a free chip. they will never get a penny of real money back from me. ive talked to wendy and ive been told to ask to talk to vanessa as she is in charge of payouts. of course when i call and ask for her she is not at her desk. i dont care much if i get my sm withdrawl but just thought id pass this casino behavior on to others.

Typical unprofessional and rogue behavior. Be happy you only have a small amount you are "fighting" for. Some peeps are reporting that they won hundreds and more and can't get their money. I don't know if Rival can salvage their brand name with all this cheap-ass and hokey BS they are pulling on players, via the "white labels".

Vegas Aces is connected to BetUS even if they say they are independent. So smartest thing is to avoid it. E: Not a white label BTW, just a roguish group.

When I met BetUS in London in January they seemed totally on the up & up and like a big & trustworthy company to deal with. But since then it just seems to have been a down-hill slope and even I don't get answers to my e-mails.
Max said Bryan hoped to grab them at an affiliate conference which happened in the last few days - hopefully we'll hear soon if he has any news...

thanks kasino king and all others for the reply. but like i said im glad its a small amount and i didnt use my own money. i feel for the others that acutally win a good amount and have to go thru a bunch of bull just to get paid. it really takes the fun out of gamblingwhen it ends up being more stress and headaches.
