Rival ?

Hi am I missing somthing but checked the CM accredited list and dont see any rivals listed there no more. Did I miss somthing ? they used to be a few on the lost ... but now none. Any reason for this ?

I'd forgotten about that, but CM won't get an answer, because (I suspect) Rival operators can alter the RTP percentages at will. Thanks for the reminder.

So Rival must be a cheating software?
I've wondered why I've never won anything there, albeit, I have only deposited 5 times and taken every Vegas Regal free chip, but I always felt out of probably 100 chips that I should have made something out of one or two of them, unless the software has the capability to refuse to let you win on a bonus. If so, then that's not really random. Those results should help me understand that I should go deposit thousands of dollars! LOL ......NOT!

I stopped playing there after a glitch ripped me out of money. Glad to see they are removed.

Stopped play where - which casino?

If you lost money due to a glitch they the casino should put this right. Historically Rival casinos do do the right thing - though sometimes it takes longer than one would like.

I'll have to find the email.

I was playing BJ I believe, and it never gave me my winnings.

It took me a week or so to get a refund after I complained to support, who then made me contact a manager, who then contacted someone else.

I should of been more clear, I did receive a refund, but still, after what happened, I should of made a post here. I'll try to find the emails.

I can say that many people here are really interested in this question if it turns out that this wasn´t at Tradition Casino.
