Intro movie looks great but was there supposed to be sound?

Also the links to the extra Thunderstuck II pics are broken, in both cases they redirected me to 32Red and Jackpotcity, not the pics as stated :D

No sound - that surprised me too Dave. On the links - erm...there aren't any links are there? I put all the screenshots on the homepage. I can't see any links to extra pics anymore. Unless you have the old cached version? You should see 5 screenshots on the homepage and that's all there is :thumbsup:

I am really looking forward to it, asked a few casinos in chat last night though and although they didnt really say it straight out, they for sure did not make it sound as if it would be coming today =(

I'm told the game is due to go live very shortly but won't initially be available in Flash, although it is due at some point soon.
 
thanks simmo....i cant wait to play it...but i play at royal joker and for some reason new games dont come out when the rest do...so i am hoping it comes out today like all the others ....if not before the week is over..

SORRY simmo i am not trying to be a problem child...lol but, is there a heading i am supposed to press...when i press microgaming heading i dont get the page u get..i just get videos of a lot of micro slots....i dont see the withdrawal time that i see in your screenshot...my front page is rtg slots...

One by one - it gets centrally uploaded then rolled out across the brands one-by-one I'm lead to believe.
 
The Bellerock Casino Group has announced the launching of the game. Guess we have to go check it out, eh? :p

And I'm trying to get some work done. :cool:

As the day progresses, it should be available at most MGS casinos - at least at the mothership of each group. So you can either twiddle your thumbs and wait, or rush out madly, download the game, and be the first one to critique it here :D
 
I can say that I have played it in "practice mode" now at Lucky Nugget and it´s promising.:thumbsup:

It´s not at 32RED yet(where my money is)..:sob:
 
You non_usa citizens having all the fun. We here are getting hit with a massive oil spill that will kill the gulf of mexico. Miners getting trapped in mines and dying every other day. Illegal Immigrants protesting and boycotting. Bombs being planted in downtown NYC. Cops being shot and killed in major cities. Rivers flooding major cities and states. People being evacuated. Massive foreclosure and Job lay off. States can't balance their budget. They are closing schools like crazy. Banking defrauding their investors (Stock Market looking to retest their lows). Army being called to patrol Chicago because of mass shootings and killings. A solar satellite out of control, and raising the threat of interference with other satellites in its pat. This is just another day in Mr. Rogers Neighborhood.
 
First thought / question:
Do unlocked bonus games stay unlocked after 20 bonus rounds?
Or does the "bonus bar" reset?

I'm assuming all four bonus games are of equal value?

Liking what I see so far :)


Simmo: I think achievements are for tracking wins only. Your winning combos will be lit up in the paytable. Eye candy in other words ;)

Ah ok - yes they seem to be tied in to 5oaks. I am through to the second set of bonuses with Wild Magic feature. This gets better the further you go - different screens, music and extra wilds.

Will be interesting to see what happens at 20 for sure. My guess is it stays there and you get a choice of whichever bonus you prefer. I think they are all roughly equal.

The film "Casino Royale" springs to mind. A lot of people said "Yeah very good film, but it's not really Bond!" :)
 
Pretty low variance - as expected from 243-ways - so expected all decent hits to come from the bonus feature... and I was right!

First lot of free-spins paid bet x 73.
Second lot NEARLY got to bet x100 thanks to a re-trigger for 20 spins in total - though the ONLY wins I got in the first 10 spins were 3 and 2 scatters...
(Edit: Noticed the re-trigger did NOT count as a feature in the Great Hall of Spins... :()

So far though I have to say :thumbsup:
 
Well I ploughed through a hundred or so, with a couple of mediocre bonus rounds. I won one on of the other new machines and came back to Thunderstruck II and hit a couple of those lightning storm things where 2 of the reels turn all wild. Made most of the loss back.

Things I like -
When your going to hit the lightning storm feature (or whatever it's called), you press spin and the reels spin for a lot longer than normal, you know it's coming. When I first got it I thought I had a connection problem (oh, here we go, prepared to be disconnected).

It certainly looks nice, and play's very smooth.

Not so much -

It's not quite the slot revolution the marketing made it out to be. Gameplay and Bonus wise, we have seen it all before. Graphics, sound and animation? Good but it's still blown away by something like playtechs Gladiator.

Paytable is low, you'll need a big multiple or serveral instances of a top line win to get that big hit.

It'll be quite some time before we see something as good as that IMO.

Have to say though, TS2 is better than I expected. Not a great fan of 243 lines so long term, I may tune out a bit, but what I've seen so far I like :thumbsup: You definitely need the bonus rounds to make this one pay though. That's not too unusual but that's where it majorly differs from the original TS. I'd say 20x-30x is about as good as it gets in regular spins unless you land 5 scatters or the Wild thingy. But in 6 bonus rounds I've had a 150x and a 200x which is decent.
 
700 spins played so far. Only ONE freespinround!

Highlights:

Spin 241: Wildstorm, paid: 8x bet.
Spin 478: Freespins, paid: 21x bet.

And a few 5oak so called 'BIG WINS' of 30/40x bet. (Woohoo)

My opinion so far:

BOOOORING AS HELL!!
All you can do is wait, wait, wait for those feautures to trigger, because in normal spins nothing ever happens, the paytable is so incredibly LOW that its just not at all interesting anymore.
I hit 5 thors+wildkicker for...35xbet?!? BIG WIN!!! Yeah right..:rolleyes:

Nice graphics, sure, but if I want nice graphics I'd rather play Final Fantasy.

Back to TS1!!
And BDBA!! Nothing beats those slots!!!

Even if you hit the wildstorm and Thor filled all 5 reels with wilds (ok that wouldn't and probably couldn't happen), you would still only get 253x1000 (about a quater of a mil right?).

Unless its a max payout on the tumbling reels free spins. They would have to tumble for a very long time. Your corpse would be found hunched in front of your PC, skeletal hand still gripping the mouse.
 
wow this game sucks, just like when tomb raider 2 came out. super low variance. chace the bonuses forever. i got 772 spins, 2 lightning bonuses and 2 free spins bonuses. wow i am so disappointed thought this wold be awesome. i'll only play it in the future if i am WAY up.
 
Agreed Marcsudbury, don't you wish there was a block game function, so you never get tempted to play that crap again...LOL If enough people block a game, who knows maybe they will get rid of it!

243.000 win * 10 coins=2.430.000 coins win.
 
Knocked up a Yootoob vid of the intro (with sound) for Americans to have a peek and am working on a gameplay one with a bonus round or two. Will post when ready :thumbsup:
