I will answer few of the subjects here, please know that everything that is written here was already disclosed to the player on many occasions ( 3-4 emails per day).

Maybe in your eyes, but definitely not in our eyes. Marianne, please give me the OK to post some of our emails and PM’s from previous week, if you have put this in public please allow us to defend ourselves.

We informed the player many times that in our eyes what she is written is not accurate.
We have exchanged numerous emails with this player explaining her everything she asked, numerous means more than 200 emails ( again, please allow us to post the emails you have written us). Only in the last week we have exchanged at least 3 emails a day. We have provided everything she has requested, but sometimes to request game log of 6 months takes more than 3 days, she kept sending email and we kept answer ALL of her emails in timely manner ( usually less than 6 hours). If after 4-5 hours she wouldn’t get response, she would send another email saying we ignore her and that she will post everything in the forum. The player asked for resolution – we tried to work with her, but could never satisfy her.

10 times the bonus balance have been converted to real cash, at 1 point the player had more than $1500 in her withdrawable balance, but never asked a cashout. We have provided her with the exact dates when she could have request a cash out ( I will be posting it here if Marianne will allow me) These times spread over 6 months period. After we acknowledged the player about this, she blamed the playthrough calculator, although every day we are having new players who are requesting cashouts.

I can go ahead and issue all the other paragraphs, but I believe I wrote what I wanted to write and show the rest of the forum that there is another side to that story.
    Summary of facts:
    • We gave the player all the information she requested.
    • Player received answers to her emails in timely manner ( from Casino titan’s manager, VIP Manager, and me -> the same case discussed with her over and over again)
    • Player had chances to cash out on more than few occasions.
    • Casino Titan provides services from RTG and RTG provides millions of people all over the world, those services are audited and tested ( RNG + playthrough calculator )
    • The player received the game log and can verify all we have told her in the past.
    • Casino Titan have winners that cashing out Thousands of dollars everyday

If you are still not satisfied, you are more than welcome to file a PAB and let a 3rd side to see all the information, email exchanges , etc…. and they will be the judge. We will be more than happy if you will choose to do so and let Brian/Max to decide if Casino Titan is fair, honest and right.

    Have a good weekend
    Paul.

Most people know I am not one to defend any RTG casino, but here you do have a rep willing to debate this issue in fairness, publicly and has asked that they be allowed by you the OP to post what they have from their end.
I feel in all fairness you should grant them this request.
Many times, I and many others that have had issues with casinos would have welcomed this opportunity to get everything out in the open.

So I just ask, why not give them the opportunity to fully disclose their side?

I have found we can rant and post until our eyes bleed, but keeping it one sided is only half the picture. So you have been given the chance to truly debate this issue with a casino rep and you should seize this opportunity.

Please don't take offense at what I said, as we have all been "painted stupid", as you stated, more times than we care to remember, or had egg on our face, but that's just a thing that passes as everything does.

I was about to deposit again at Titan, but I thought lets read first at casinomeister...
I got the same problem deposited many many times. Made 2 withdrawals at my first deposit. But the last 30 deposits all vanished in a blink.
Maybe its time to try a new casino

    IF..........

IF...Mr. Titan has any emails that pertain to the ISSUES AT HAND, he is MORE than welcome to post them....

If he wants to post the email where he tells me I could have cashed out, he needs to show the date. THAT DATE WILL BE A WEEK AGO. HE ALSO NEEDS TO PRINT MY REPLY......WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT IT COULDN'T BE TRUE, THAT IT NEVER SHOWED THAT WAY IN MY CASINO !! THAT SOMETHING WAS VERY WRONG..AND WHY OH WHY WOULD NO ONE HAVE EVER MENTIONED IT BEFORE!!!

There really is no other issue that could be answered by my emails....what you don't seem to understand is that he wants to start printing parts and pieces of 200 emails from a customer of his to get all this going in a different direction and distract everyone from the real issues...( but hell, I do write an interesting email.....)

If he wants to post any emails he needs to post the entire email and it's reply.

THINK ABOUT THE ISSUES I RAISE....WHAT IF ANY OF THESE ISSUES CAN BE ANSWERED BY READING MY EMAILS???? E-X-A-C-T-L-Y!!

Mr. Titan gets away with it once again, he doesn't address the issues at hand but leaves everyone a carrot like my emails are going to make excuses and give answers to the issues at hand..

Ok, Mr. Titan show us the email last week you told me I COULD have cashed out..
LETS SEE THE MAGICAL ANSWERS MY EMAILS REVEAL.....

then show us what the stats are on the play log you looked into...

Then tell us how the Random jackpot does those funny things with it's numbers,

then tell us how you choose your Raffle winners...

then tell us how more than once you have had " issues" with your playthrough requirements " window....

    Good Grief

Man, talking about mad, everyone seems mad here!!! I can understand (since I play every night too) how distressing it is when you play and play and don't reap any rewards. However, haven't we all had this problem at one casino or another (including all software)?

It appears that Mr. Titan is trying to explain his side of the story. Marianne on the other hand is trying to explain her side of the story. Would it make more sense, rather than to hash this all out here in the open for Mr. Titan to take a moment and call Marianne personally? As my grandmother use to say honey draws flies faster than salt.

As far as myself, I have deposited several times at Titan and I have lost several times, however I did deposit under $100, got a bonus, made the playthrough and cashed out just under $1000. They were quick to pay...and I of course spent all of it back into this casino and others (my bad) But in saying this...it wasn't any casinos fault, it was mine.

As far as the RTP and the counters, I have wondered about those, but I try and give the casinos the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I should pay more attention to this stuff, but I really want to have fun when I am playing! When I get so caught up in all the technical stuff it sure takes away the fun.

But...I like to win just like everyone does, and I really like to get my moneys worth in play time. My thinking is that if I play at a casino several times and I don't win after awhile, I will put that casino on the back burner for a time, or perhaps forever. We can't win all of the time, but we do want to win some of the time. My thing is, the casinos should want me to win, because I generally give it all back anyway. However, I too have griped many times on casinomeister about different casinos....it can be aggravating.

I hope that all of you have a good time, and I do hope Marianne that you have your issues resolved for you. Maybe this weekend will be good for all of us!!! Wouldn't that be a nice change.

    Until later....happy spinning everyone!!

    Linda

RTG slots being tight is nothing new and I can attest to it. However, I am bewildered at the trashing of the casino and Paul Titan himself. IMO this is a wonderful opportunity for both the OP and the casino rep to engage in meaningful dialogue and we could also chip in to give our views as well.

Unless I have missed something I cannot understand how the OP can be enraged by the fact that he/she was not told earlier that she had a balance of over $1,500 and could have cashed out. Surely this refutes the statement that there were 100 deposits with no cashouts. If these were game logs a player might not have remembered them so correctly but for heaven's sake even if the deposit was $250 (the high end of the scale) surely one would at least had realised that the withdrawable balance was $1500. To put the blame on the casino for not notifying you of this and then saying one would not have made a claim of having no cashouts after 100 tries isnt cool.

There are still issues that Paul should contend with and I hope he doesnt disappear as many of us who have recently played at the RTG platform would like to know. Having played at Titan myself I am also of the opinion that theu should be renamed "Tighten" casino.
