wondering why GoWIld is proceed with care

[Max says: was originally posted under this thread ("GoWild Casino?") but that's a year old and this is about current developments so ... a new thread!]

After reading this whole thread on my favourite casino so far, in terms of support and client-relationship building efforts, i am happy to see the last 2 pages turn positively towards them.
still i just before posted in the newly MG list thread, that i was wondering why GoWIld is proceed with care, and the answers there are apparantly connected to opinions based on the first pages of this thread, since they do have a casino rep, why cant they be accredited?

My experience is top of the bill in terms of casino to player service, thats a big plus nowadays.
then it seems that payments are generally made in a manner, that i would also like to call top of the bill, namely possible within hours!
They have the biggest offer of tourneys i can find in a MG casino
so that is a plus aswell, and they even have one tourney (ive mentioned their efforts in another MG topic, the one where you met with them)
with no possibillity to cheat in my eyes:fair chances for everyone, its the pure skill tourney.

These are for me reasons enough to drop the proceed with care tag, UNLESS there is some backing info on why that tag would be justified!

    Anticipatingly yours

That tag certainly _was_ justified because we had a long string of difficulties with GoWild and they have had an unusually high number of PABs filed against them last year.

That said things seem to have settled down so a re-evaluation might be in order.

does that mean they throw alot of free chips at you when you lose your ass? Seems that's what they do to me, although they are nice and smiling about it the whole time. Of course if someone was handing me $140 to $200 a day (most times in less than an hour) I'd smile the whole time and give them $15 free.

too many rules that pretty much every other MG casino doesn't have. you need to read everything with a magnifying glass.

i played very often on gowild and still do. all i can say the support and account managers always look after you and are more than willing to find individual solutions. i love their tourneys and often get entry there for free. also the livechat operators seem to know their business i had some interesting chats with them and mostly found them very open-minded and sympathic. but thats just my personal view.

and iam up at gowild so i dont feed them with my money and theyre still nice and pay quick always on schedule.

i never received any freechip, but regular freespins, tourney entries from them maybe its because i mostly deposit 20€.

    cheers

even IF it meant that, then that would still be considerably more then most casinos do, but no its not.
what im talking about is the personal manager, the option to really set up your bonus program the way it suits you best, within reasonable terms of course, this is something that indeed to me, is "revolutionairy", there is the great support team as previously mentioned, and certainly not only by me, if i didnt happen to just before i joined CM, sign up there, and had looked here for info, i might have been discouraged, thats why, after personal experience i bumped this topic.
im not saying they are perfect, but close enough for me personally, and thats why i would like them "rechecked".

they give free chips to players losing or not losing, they obviously have gain, when people are happy, and winners, as well as losers, will want to return.
casino is money making business: you know that perfectly well, so why state something that is so obvious?
would you rather lose in a casino, and then be given nothing, and go to the next? or would you keep losing in the same casino, and as soon as they give you free money for whatever reason say: oh this is not my kind of thing!
    im outta here!

just curious what youre aiming for with that remark...

I am curious what you're aiming for with all the praises and full details of this casino. IMHO it sounds like a marketing pitch.

Gina, Your account manager at GoWild is here

I received your Email about closing your account and it made me very sad
to know I will not be seeing you around anymore
As an important member such as yourself I wanted to ask if there is
anything I can do in order for you to give GoWild a chance.
Of course that I will respect any decision you will take, please let me
    know

Hope to hear from you soon

    Yours,

    Gina R.
    GoWild Gaming
    Account Manager

IMHO Go Wild is one of the worst casinos to play at. Their Bonus is a real JOKE!!! and their Promotional Free spins bonus at .01 a line is awful. Avg return is $1.31 from 30 free spins. Bonuses are typical 30% to 50% slots only. Any other MG will give you 50%+ ALL GAMES INCLUDED. THEY Charge US players a fee to withdrawal. Never had any MG casino to do this. GO Wild had plenty of problems in past paying its players. And not honoring their 200% sign up bonus.

If you wanna play there fine. But I see no need for you to come here praising them like they are just the next best thing to ice cream. Some people here continued to play at Grand Prive when they were rogued MG. But they didn't come here praising them. Some players here still play at Virtual Casino group but don't come on praising them. Im sorry if I sound like im coming down on this group. But I just don't see anything special about them. IMHO fortune lounge has much better bonuses and terms. Also Casino Share group and a few others. SORRY!!!

well thanks for the compliment, im not marketing, im giving my honest to god player opinion.
i hate S***ty casinos, and im just happy to finally have found one with an interactive support/management
of course i will promote them, cause i think everybody wants a casino like that.
we have here now: 32 red, a casino i only signed up for because i read the positive remarks here.
and im happy there for now, although i did lose my deposit in a flinch.
this is what the forums about, no?
sharing the good and the bad, and to be frank, the bad has been prevailing here for the last weeks, maybe even months.
which in itself is a sad thing, but probably because its likely,(make up your own mind) a FACT that atm, there are practically NO trustworhty casinos anymore.
except for a few, that are being promoted here.
and as this MG list was threaded, i wanted to see my favourite on the accr. list of course.
now i can be wrong about them, but thats why i bumped it, i want a recheck, thats about all.
i gave three major reasons for it in my op, afterwards, i feelt the need to elaborate, because i felt attacked slightly, for supposedly having an opinion, heavily influenced by some free chips o.0
    u see?
thats how i took it, and thats why i responded with more detail.
im sorry that the details sound "markety" to you, but thats what happened there with me so far the highlights together sound like a commercial :P
i see that, but it are two separate posts, both in which every remark you highlighted, to me fitted in the context, as i was just wondering why they should be proceeded with care.
im just someone who talks/writes like that, meaning to express my genuine positive feelings, with loaded words...

ah you edited your post as i was writing previous reply

i think they are better then ice cream. sorry
how or why can you compare them to grand prive or worse virtual??
it seems you have a buff with them?
the mail you copied, to me looks exactly like the thing im promoting them for:
HAVE you contacted them?, have you said that you think their bonuses are a joke?
its easy to post stuff like that, but its equally easy to try and get a better bonus!
and this is the only casino for me so far, where i have had this freedom.
furthermore, a bonus is not the most important thing, you are free not to take it, and thats honestly the best you can do cause if you win, youll be able to withdraw straight up..
so if you like bonuses, you can talk to them, if you dont, thren dont take them.
look if you dont wanna talk with your casino, and just click a bonus that you like and play, thats your choice, i on the ohter hand like bonuses, and i try to make them as interesting to me as possible, which is possible only if you have a really personal casino staff/support team or manager that gives a sh*t.
tell me honestly: do you see this as a bad feature?

100 max cashout on any size free chip they give you. no progressive slots play when you have a bonus. but the thing that bugged me the most about go wild was when i found all these weird secret tewrms and decided i wanted to cancel, i couldn't get a hold of my vip manager anymore. she would email me i hit reply it came back mailer demon. it took about 10 emails to get my account closed. free spins a 0.01 per spin suck!!!

but this is just one players opinion
