wondering why GoWIld is proceed with care

100 max cashout on any size free chip they give you. no progressive slots play when you have a bonus. but the thing that bugged me the most about go wild was when i found all these weird secret tewrms and decided i wanted to cancel, i couldn't get a hold of my vip manager anymore. she would email me i hit reply it came back mailer demon. it took about 10 emails to get my account closed. free spins a 0.01 per spin suck!!!

but this is just one players opinion

Hi marc: well i didnt know that of the freechips, and went on and asked about it, but yes you are right, every freechip, or freespin without a deposit involved to be clear, has that limit. the only exception being wins from a freeroll.
i also asked if i did happen to win 2000 on a 10 chip, an manage to make a whole lot of comp points with that, if they would be affected after cashing out, which it wasnt.
so thats ok
i have been spitting through my mind, and if i recall correctly, almost all casinos i played at, have these restrictions, that there is a max cashout of 2x or 3x the chip, and that progressive slots are excluded.
if you have a deposit bonus, an make playthrough, youre free of course to go progressive, your just not allowed to with bonus money.
i also asked this, to be sure, and i would love to know the filosofy behind this rule, but i will have to write to management for that.
on the ohter hand, what i said about taking bonuses, is still true, and on the spins at 0.01: as far as i know its in EVERY MG casino i played at.
these are just extras, so i dont reject it.
i have won once only 4 euro at 100 free spins, but also more then 50 on a mere 10!
so its all about luck there..

well said that, and i do respect your opinion, but for me still this is one of the best casinos out there, you name me one with equal support, or the other pro's i gave, and with no max cash on free chips, with the same amount of free chips given, no restrictions on progressive etc., free spins with full max bet (hehe)

Cant_Get_Right - Obviously you had an unsatisfactory experience with GoWild, still I take some of your criticism as something to think about yet most of it is profoundly untrue - I never met a perfect man or drove a perfect car being perfect is not something that humans can do, being perfect for a while doesn't make you perfect as your way is still ahead of you, You and I (as the representative of GoWild of course) can agree and disagree on this subject or the other, yet the logical thing to do will probably be to forgive each other and go on with our choices, I invite you to put aside your bad impression of GoWild and try to find out what those people are talking about, because most of the facts you mentioned are just 100% not true or at least based on single cases which are controversial and always been given the attention they deserve and came to the fairest resolution.

I hardly play at GoWild anymore because the reels spin very slowly nearly to a crawl. In fact, I havent deposited at MG casinos for several months due to this reason. However, I must say that my experiences with them have been good after a frustrating period at the beginning where they had problems even paying very small amounts.

They continue to flood players with free spins but I have only taken them on a couple of occasions because I am bored to death with the speed or rather the lack of it. Anyway, this casino is on the way up.

I must say my experiences with Gowild are positive . So if i get a free chip or free spins even if it is for 1 cent per line I appreciate it, IMO they are a generous casino, I do not even care about the 100 max withdrawl, I am thankful for it.
