Hello everyone,

I got some money on this casino, I mostly played roulette and now I wanted to cashout. But they are not alowing any payouts for me, does anyone know what should I do to get the money ? I read the bonus policy but I dont get it

I did take bonus, it was 100% of the deposit, I deposited over neteller.

First question: Did you take a bonus? (If so, which one?)
Second: What method did you use to deposit? (Neteller, Credit Card, etc...?)

Answer those two questions first and I (or someone else here) might be able to give you some advice.

Their bonus terms state quite clearly that roulette does not contribute to the wagering requirement of 20X the bonus and deposit, so you have most likely not made the playthrough.

All bets placed on Baccarat, Roulette and Roulette like and all versions of Craps will not be counted toward wagering requirements for the Welcome Bonus.

Edit: Just found this little tidbit:

All Welcome Bonuses received via funds deposited by NETELLER may be cashed out only after an amount totaling no less than 50 times the bonus amount has been wagered.

Yes, that's right if you DON'T deposit by Neteller - but these 2 terms make it even worse:-

2.c. For members located in certain jurisdictions, territories and states the Welcome Bonus may and any accumulated winnings be cashed out only after an amount totaling no less than 30 times the bonus plus deposit amount has been wagered. That last one is brutal - you have to wager 50 x the amount you deposited on games which count at 100% in WR before you will be allowed to cash-out.

No, since you deposited thru Neteller, you need to wager 50X bonus.

So if you deposited 100 and got 100, you need to wager 100X50, or 5,000.00 on approved games before you can withdraw. That is if I'm reading correctly, but you might want to contact support or live chat to confirm.

I am really doomed

I am not so good at english, wagering means only to "bet" and not to win right ? Anyway its as KasinoKing said ... BRUTAL

I guess I should of asked here on which casino should I go before joining that one. It was the first one I saw

EDIT: Can you guys suggest some which doesnt have stupid policy like this one ?

You are correct, it means bet, and not win. If you were playing 1.00 a spin on slots, you would have to play 5,000 spins to meet the playthrough based on a 100.00 bonus.
