objective opinion about Casino Titan

I am not an employee of any casino or marketing firm and I have no connection to any online casino or casino related business. The following review was written for my fellow gamblers who want to know about the quality of online casinos.
I have been a depositing player at online casinos since they first began appearing online in 1996. In the 14 years I have been gambling online, I have had some very memorable winning streaks and as any honest gambler will admit, more losses than I care to remember. However, the one feature of any online casino that is most important to me is Customer Service. Customer service influences every other aspect of the online gaming experience from how fast one can convert online winnings into actual cash in our pockets to the live chat reps ability to provide real help in a fast, personable manner. I can honestly say I have thoroughly challenged Casino Titan’s service for the past few months and they consistently show me that they actually appreciate me as a customer. The management is “hands on” and responsive to player emails and or live chat inquiries. If you like bonuses, the play-through requirement is 25x, much lower than many other RTG casinos I have tried. As this is the only online casino I have played at that actually treats me the same way I am treated in the nicer casinos in Las Vegas, I have to give Casino Titan a perfect 5 star overall rating, a first for me.

I like Casino Titan and often play there.

However, I don't share your opinion about the bonus playthrough requirements. 25x D&B is very high in my book and I usually don't accept their bonuses for that reason. The high playthrough to me is the worst thing about the casino.

Just curious...how many forums will you be joining and making this your first post? There's here, and The Streak...and I see you're in the queue at The Lizard for membership approval...presumedly to post the exact same thing yet again.
Were I the suspicious sort I'd say you were a shill despite your statement to the contrary. Just seems a bit odd.

If its a strong opinion I could see hopping around and posting in a couple places.

That aside though, I will have to agree with the service from Casino Titan. My payout schedule took < 2 days and without issues. It's nice to have an honest operating RTG site for a change. Intertops red was my only choice before that and I really like them both IMO.

So yeah, with Titan I made my first deposit of 35$ and had won an additional 250$ bonus from the weekend spin and win last month, turning it into 875$ woo

The highlight of that run was a 1$ 1liner bet on penguin power and hit for 1000$ - boy I wish I kept the screenshot.

casino titan is probably one of 2 RTGs I will play at..
I couldnt agree more.. they seem to be the way RTG used to be
some days good, some days not so good. but you always feel that u
have a chance to win there.. unlike some that will go nameless.

And as for customer service, it is first rate.

overall a good experience..

I have to agree. Great staff, very friendly.
As I have never won there I cant tell if the payouts are hassle free, but my guess is that Titan has allround good customers service.
