Wow WW...that was quite the rant against the OP. While I don't agree with his original post re: 3Dice in particular (just based on personal experience)....he did mention other casinos as well. And beyond his perceived problem with 3Dice, part of his original post touched on the fact that CS "in general" is sorely lacking these days...at many places. And he's right, if some of the stuff I read on here is to be believed.

So while I do think that maybe his frustration was directed at the wrong target...I'm not sure you got everything out of his post he was trying to say. JMO.

Yo Pina - no doubt - I'm with you - I saw what the poster wrote - word for word... and you KNOW I love you... But this particular situation got under my skin.

I did see the OTHER casinos mentioned - but it was as an almost "afterthought.."

But this whole post was about making 3dice look bad because 3dice made the original poster wait.

The words were VERY clearly directed at 3dice...

And you betcha - I'm right there on customer service... I believe customer service should be NUMBER ONE in any business - and I'll be the first to say - hey - not stepping up to par.. But this wasn't what the OP was doing.......

The OP was using a SMEAR campaign...

If you know ANYTHING about manipulation - these words are a classic example of someone throwing a temper tantrum saying things about a casino in the hopes that the casino will BOW DOWN to them... Sorry - but that is exactly what I am seeing.

I'm cool if it was about customer service - but really - it wasnt...

Because as Enzo states - and as the OP apologizes - THIS WAS NOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE...

And if it EVER was about customer service the OP should have stated - I'm having problems with customer service.. NOT all these implications that 3 dice is not deserving of accredited status - etc. that the OP implied.

Without the knowledge of how it turned out - that section about 3dice looks like utter reprehensible smack talk.

And someone who doesn't know the drama - the gossip - the evil ways of people who aren't getting their snotty way - are going to take that post at face value - and when google picks it up as an AUTHORITY for 3 dice - its going to look bad... So seriously - the poster needs to realize the IMPLICATIONS of their words. And if they didn't mean how it looks - then they need to change it...

We don't know what his original issue was, but he apologized; maybe he was having a difficult day when he typed his comment. As someone else said, these type of comments don't really influence my decision about whether i think this casino is a good one or not. It was clear that it was a one-off situation, specific to only this poster.

Also, i think Enzo is very capable and adept at defending 3dice when issues come up regarding his casino.

For the most part, i don't believe affliates/players need to defend casinos so staunchly on these posts, where it is clear that the issue the posters are writing about is an emotional one for that player. Readers can usually see this clearly, and it is usually resolved in the end.

OK - I'm an affiliate - but if you look at my site - I'm not promoting 3dice.

It wasn't 3dice I was actually defending - I hope you guys realize this.

It was the SMACK TALK DOWN of ANY CASINO - because a player wasn't getting their way.

It is the IMPLIED Cutdowns - of the casino - because the customer wasn't getting what they wanted.

It was the UNDERLYING Message in the words... That a casino isn't up to perfection...

All those things would be fine and dandy --- IF --- the casino in question was GUILTY of those things.

But you know - I know --- and 90% of CasinoMeister regulars know that 3dice is generally one of the tops at customer service.

I'm not going to defend myself --- cause I believe STRONGLY in what I am saying.

THIS PARTICULAR OP was being an obnoxious brat throwing a temper tantrum because they weren't getting their way fast enough.

They were IMPLYING 3dice does not deserve their accredited status because they weren't getting perfect immediate service...

If you will notice - there is NO mention of OTHER casinos until way past the 3 dice stuff.

I said FUNERAL used this forum to cut down 3 dice because things weren't happening to their satisfaction...

Now - keep in mind - Funeral also said they weren't depositing - it was a unique situation - and both Enzo and Funeral don't want to publicly disclose the issue...

Now --- Funeral apologizes - admits Enzo is a standup guy - NO MATTER hat they said about Enzo in the recent past oh what..... 20 minutes or so... (ok - a few posts ago...)

It got my goat...

Why?

Because look people - we - as a forum here on CM have power...

But when someone wields that power unecessarily - and cuts down some place that has been held in high regards by very many people... with EXCELLENT customer service - time and time again.... Even if people don't like the games - almost EVERYONE has said what excellent customer service they have... --- well - when someone uses that power to MANIPULATE... SCREAM and throw a temper tantrum...

Well - I kinda feel obligated to point it out to them - because in truth - when they do something stupid like that - it lowers the power this place actually has.

Funeral isn't stupid.
