    Fortune Lounge: Lost in Sleepytown?

    I've been hearing rumblings from people that the Fortune Lounge guys are not responding much ... or at all, certainly not very timely. Thought I'd throw up a poll to see what peeps recent experiences with them might be.

    LATER: based on the feedback that's come in I'm guessing this was a false alarm. What I'm hearing is all is well.

    Well I used to play alot at FL casinos. Never had a problem with contact and the VIP rep was always on hand for me when / if needed. Stopped a while back mainly due to the laughable bonuses they offered as I got better offers from a number of other MG casinos without even asking. Plus even though I know Mg slots basicially pay out the same % on all mg casinos , I never managed to hit anything really big there. A few grand cashouts every now n then. But this was after tons in deposits.

    I do know they chase VIPs quite hard for a while when you stop playing which I suppose in fairness is just business. I just get the feeling they are lagging behind and not keeping up with whats on offer with some of the newer MG outfits. Bonus structure is lame etc. Its a shame as they used to have a good points reward system until they changed it and support always was good for me. I think with them it depends on how much you play / loose deposit etc. Strange this post came up here today as I was thinking about the FL casinos and how I used to play them on almost daily basis, and just got a gut feeling that somthing was not right dunno what ... and not saying anything is ... but still if you dont feel it in your gut it be time to move on. Plenty more MGS out there

    I regularly get forum bonuses through GoneGambling. These mostly work fine, and the one time recently that there was a problem the "standard procedure" resolved it. This was a missed credit, the standard procedure being to forward the award notification to a dedicated email address for the purpose.

    I have NOT recently used "normal" CS via email, so maybe your "rumblings" are specific to the performance of "normal" CS being timely (or not) in returning emails.

    They are certainly "in sleepytown" when it comes to normal player promotions though, there is almost no sign of anything other than the couple that appear in the lobby. They seem have gone for MPV tournaments as a way of rewarding players, forgetting how poorly these have worked for ages.

    i hadn't played them for a year or so till i received a welcome back 100% bonus, so they got me to depsoit because their bonuses do suck big time! but i did get good customer service on live chat, and one email. but i was just asking when the bonus was going in because it had almost been an hour. they replied but the bonus was already in by then. took a couple of hours for a response.

    While im here another thing when I did deposit with an FL bonus e.g 20% up to 500 or what ever (why bother yep) but not the point, point is the bonus can take forver to hit your account somtimes I had to wait as long as 12 hours or so, when I hit up CS they would say we having problems at moment crediting bonuses. I never had an issue getting a bonus to credit but it was just the time frame. I dont wanna wait I want to play like soon as I deposit. In the end got sick of the waiting , so go to another MG where when you deposit on a bonus, the bonus is credited instantly as it should be!! Like today as I aint made a deposit there in a while I just got an email from FL offering 50% up to xxx $$$ which is better than what they offered. If I wait another week it will probably be a higher bonus and so on. Strange when you deposit 1000s n loose or dont case out you still get the utterly usless 20% up to 4 ot 500.

    Yes, PMs and emails is where this is coming from. I can see live chat would be a whole different ballgame.

    I have been playing three of their casinos for years. The customer service via phone has always been excellent regardless of what the question is or even if it's transfering funds between their various casinos. Always top notch wheneve rI have called

    i play fortune lounge and yesterday i sent them a pm on casinomeister and was answered in like 24 hours so there here :noteworthy

    now very recently and the reason for my pm was that i was getting poor results in the game function at platinum play while there play money side was operating fine [so not any fun] with that session
    also at the same time the other casino;s in there group were working fine

    any way there support has always been prompt this has been the only real issue ive had ever and as i say it was isolated to one casino PP

    PS just to mention that last night i played Royal Vegas and wow there
    games spinned so fast compared i was looking to see if i could slow them down a notch

    so to end here i say there on top of there operations im satisfied :noteworthy
