Well - here are my thoughts.
Downloaded it - deposited about 60$ - took the 100% bonus - had a playthrough of appr. 6.000.000.000$ or something like that...and AND
Okok..it was something about 1.500$
was able to withdraw 1.000$ WOOHOO...I have just send my docs and now I am waiting. I will post the withdraw-time.

Anyway it was delayed because I had used a cc @ CW or some other property. Then I had to make a ver. dep. no prop. They let me know the situation right away. I sent in new cc info and was paid that morning.Haven't won again though, lol.
