Ummm....werent you the person saying that Vanguard Casino (same group) was taking well over 5 business days to pay??? And the only reason you were paid is that the rep here intervened???

As for Charlie being sensitive to players complaints, Im sure he personally is - but neither of these casinos have been sensitive to players complaints about slow payments in the past - so what has changed??
My bet is that if you hadnt contacted Charlie, then not only would you have not been paid yet by Vanguard, but you would still be waiting for your SlotPower withdrawal.
Its great that you were able to get Charlies help, but what about all the other non-
CM players who are being made to wait ridiculously long periods for payment??
I'll wait until I see other
CM members post about their 48 hour payments without outside intervention before I start to change my view.
