Tradition,
I heard from a friend of mine that his withdrawal is still in limbo after 5 weeks. Whatever happened to your promise of 48-hour cashouts? Do you still honour this?

Attn: New Members! Make sure to check out the "Casinomeister Accredited Casinos" and the "Spot The Rogue" section of the main site here before jumping into "Online Casinos" with no information or knowledge behind you!
I'm with Pina, where's the friend? Are they signed up here?
Friend, meet the Tradition rep: tradition.
Friend, chat with rep about your problem. That's what the rep is here for.
Solved? Fab!
Not solved? Friend, let me introduce you to the Pitch-A-Bitch process: Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.
Any questions?
Ok, so why are we talking about 'friends' and 'open questions'? We all know how this process works. :/

This friend of mine knows the PAB process inside out. However, as with most Rivals for the past few weeks, the lengthy payout periods are worrisome. Tradition openly stated that cashouts are processed within 48 hours so I was asking whether she had adhered to this promise in general. If so, the case in question would either require a PAB or pm. If not, why not then?
I still believe that Tradition can give her answer in a candid manner and render this case to be the odd-man out. This would neither harm her or her casino's reputation and integrity. I posted this in Online Casinos and not complaints section because of this.

@chuchu59: If all you wanted was information then why not just PM the rep?
Doing it publicly like this smacks of grand-standing and coercion. I don't like seeing people use the boards to twist arms when there are perfectly civil ways to accomplish the same thing.

Max,
If I were to engage in coercion or arm twisting I would have given many more facts to rein the casino in. Tradition has not exactly been complimentary with her choice of words against many of her forum members but I still believe that my question is a valid one. I heard something so I ask Tradition whether it's true or not. If she says that the casino adheres to the 48-hour policy strictly no harm would be done and in fact it will have the reverse effect. Otherwise, I think we should all know that the withdrawal policy has changed.
My view of pms is that they are normally used when some personal details cannot be divulged hence the need to go private. I am not denouncing Tradition although some may feel that the tone was harsh but I still stick with my question and hope Tradition can answer on whether the 48-hour withdrawal policy still stands.

By asking the way you did you basically force it into a confrontational situation. Not a huge deal here, but as a matter of principle it's not a good idea.
As far as PMs go I think you might have an overly restricted view of their usage. Most of us use PMs whenever we want to contact someone personally and it's not obviously a public discussion. "details cannot be divulged" is by no means a requirement.
In a case like this, if I were in Tradition's shoes, I would have considered it a bit rude of you to drop that onto the forums like this. You're obviously making an "in your face" thing and why is that necessary?
Whatever, have it your way. We'll see what we see.

Max,
This thread is about me and as you may recall, I PM'd you twice on how to handle all of this. My last message to you on 1/31 was never answered and that's why I couldn't proceed. Would you like me to resend?

I respectfully differ with your opinion on this one Max. Geez....it's been 5 weeks, this isn't acceptable and the casino, in fact no matter what casino it was/is should be called out for that sort of thing. It should be public knowledge.
One week or 10 days, I could understand not putting them on the spot but 5 weeks is a completely different bag of worms.
Just my 2 cents.
I'm not saying 5 weeks is peachy. I'm not saying that once the information was available that it shouldn't be made public.
What I am saying is that the way in which this was done sucks. If one of you did this to me you'd get some stick long before you got the carrot.
I get 150+ PMs a month. So yours got lost in the shuffle a bit, while we were coming and going from London no less?
Ever heard of a reminder, like, "Hey Max, haven't heard from you on that thing ...". That's what I'd do for you if I was waiting to hear back and hadn't. Two or three times I'd try before I moved on to the next step. Try it some time, works wonders.
And the "couldn't proceed" stuff is rubbish too. Ask! That's what the reps are there for, the PM system, etc etc, ad nauseum.
Bottom line is you couldn't PAB on this because of non-Accreditation so you got someone else to dump in on the forums for you. For whatever reason you two decided you would rather grandstand and put the casino on the spot than go through established channels to see the thing answered and/or resolved properly. Disappointing behaviour from you both, if you don't mind me saying so. Totally unnecessary and pretty much inappropriate if you ask me.
Anyway, whatever. I expected better from the both of you. If you had simply reminded me I probably could have helped you out. As it is you're on your own for this one.
