Turning words and phrases against players instead of doing what you’re supposed to? At first I didn’t think anyone could be so childish and petty just for being called on regarding ignored PMs but obviously, I was mistaken.

And to even mention Chuchu in such a demeaning way because he did what he thought was right, helping out a friend? Pretty alarming and it makes me question your suitability as a player advocate. And as for your suggestion that I got "someone else to dump in on the forums
for me", that’s an innuendo made to make us look childish but only makes you looks like a jester.

The reason I 'couldn't proceed' is partly because of non-accreditation, that is correct and that's why I came to you and asked what could be done. You didn't answer and that is, again, why I couldn't proceed, period.

Ask the reps? I did that more than once. PM you? I tried that too, remember? Ask around? I did and now I’m accused of grandstanding for doing so? You already know I did all this and still have the nerve to come up with 'didn't go through established channels’? Such hubris and completely unacceptable behavior by someone who is supposed to be an administrator.

So other than preaching a sermon from the Mount, exactly what services do you offer players who turn to you for help?

Quite honestly if I were in your situation and he had responded to me in that way, that would have been the last time. We get enough crap from casinos we don't need it from our supposed allies.

Max.......don't you think you were being a bit harsh here? It's a forum member who tried getting it taken care of by using the correct avenues, but something failed in that process, so they brought it to the forum, which is perfectly within their right given the non response from the rep and you.

I can see how Swede and Chu were just trying to make the best of a bad situation. I thought there was a better way to do it, that's what my posts have been about, but there's no denying that you guys had a real issue here and you were trying to do something about it. Fair go.

As to the "useless", "arrogant", and "supposed allies" comments ... ouch. I think there's a wee bit of perspective missing there, but so be it I guess. Guess that would explain the lack of Valentines cards this year.
