Someone pointed out that Reverse times lead to slow Cashout times so I merged those two options and the votes therein.

With sites such as Casinomeister there should be less of a reason for your average player to close an account.

I would guess that the determining factor for many players to close an account would be unsatisfactory results, as players know full well they can try their luck elsewhere.

The key for me is not why you feel the need to close an account, but why you feel the need to open yet another account in the first place.
If your main reason for opening an account is in the hope of a changing your luck then perhaps the answer is in changing the way you play not the casino you play.

I voted for "other", because for me the main reason for dumping a casino is a lack of reliable communication. There can be problems in every single online casino, but with a mutual honest approach and communication anything can be solved. Lame excuses or false and misleading information are in my opinion even worse than cashout delays. If I am awaiting a payment and ask a casino rep about the status of my withdrawal, I will prefer an honest answer, even if it is like "please allow another day or two, we are currently experiencing some payment problems". Such an answer will satisfy me more than an answer like "be advised that it may take up to ... days to verify the status of your request...after that time the withdrawal will be processed...". Reading such sort of excuses is not good for my blood pressure.
Btw, the last time I stopped depositing and playing in a casino was because of changing terms.

    Cheers Balky
