I was wondering if any one else has had any problems while trying to play the free spins or even loading any games at all? I had some free spins twice now at Go-Wild that were on the game Gift Wrap, which wont load properly in the new software, and I wanted to check the slot The Great Galaxy Grab for a current promo they have now, and had same problem. When I was awarded some last week, the casino had to offer me a substitute game, on Break the Bank Again, and then on Avalon, but did not indicate any info as to why I couldn't use the games.
However there is a little bit more that happens when I have tried to load these games, and this problem happened in exactly the same way in Royal Joker software too, whom did not have a current promo. I tested it specifically.
At first the game hangs and never fills in the load bar and never eventually goes, the only allowable thing when it does this hang, is to click the cancel and stop trying, I tried several times with no change and then at some random point one try results in a whole different problem.
Whether I am in another part of lobby or on another page, all of a sudden the payouts screen for the game I tried to enter, comes up, and then all of a sudden the mouse will not work at all. The game screen blocks the whole screen , there are no clickable actions nor are there any visible option button, and the screen resize or minimise do not work even trying using tabs. Literally the only thing I can do is to cntrl-alt-delete and open task manager. and quit the program.
Another weird thing is, when I get the task manager open , the casino does not appear in the current applications running screen, I have to manually find the process to quit it. It shows there as normal the entire time until this payout screen thing happens.
I told Cherry in chat but I don't think my description was fully understood. I feel this is a Microgaming fix issue. I also think that they should have a support email, because the types of issues might prove to be helpful for the guys trying to do the fix. Well in my opinion anyway..
Has anyone else had this problem when trying to check for free spins. I had a similar issue with Villento Group, and old software when they offer the free spins every week, each time I went to see if by some miracle they included me, the game was highlighted as needed to be installed before it could be played, and the software never began the download. Once the promo was done the game was useable.
However in this case, the casino awarded them to me and sent me there to use them, so its obvious that it isn't that I did not make a mistake about my eligibility . I actually started to wonder if this was a "US" thing about certain promo's, but that doesn't apply either or the game would have been fine in the other casino as well. This is in addition to other probs like other have with screen hogging really show that the software certainly doesn't appear to have been checked very well, becuse the screen hog thing is simply too stupid to have released it. It also seems to have memory leaks all over the place, because it seems slow to me and very random as far as how quickly pages load, or how soon the tournaments finally appear. I have always figured its the wireless issues of my network, but the kinds of problems I am having are not wireless problems.
Some people have gigantic monitors, can you imagine a 40 inch casino lobby! LOL
