Another point to this issue is that this is apparently not only isolated to just a couple of Rival Casinos but it appears to be a system wide malfunction.

OK I have an update on this issue as follows:
I have been informed the error occurred when tech did a small software upgrade on the 31st October! It effected very few players and only users that had a balance of less than $1.00 (they were only alotted one free spin) The problem was fixed within an hour of the upload. Sorry, I put the date in as that is when I thought the first instance of the error occured and the 31st was Halloween -bit tongue in cheek! (note to self stop skim reading)
I will check on the date with Rival though to be sure! I understand it frustrates players the constant upgrades, but Rival compared to other software providers in the industry are relatively new and have grown substantially over the last 3 years! It's not an excuse but you can rest assured that members are treated fairly and errors such as what has occcured are compensated. Data on every gaming session is stored so we can identify the number of players this affected by running a query on the data and the selected games. Visual glitches and connections issues are very annoying to members but I can say from my experience Rival operate with integrity and always resolve issues in favour of the player.
