I understand it frustrates players the constant upgrades, but Rival compared to other software providers in the industry are relatively new and have grown substantially over the last 3 years! It's not an excuse but you can rest assured that members are treated fairly and errors such as what has occcured are compensated.
Data on every gaming session is store so we can identify the number of players this affected by running a query on the data and the selected games.
Visual glitches and connections issues are very annoying to members but I can say from my experience Rival operate with integrity and always resolve issues in favour of the player.
